END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PALMINC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use KISI: The Deja Vu for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble KISI: The Deja Vu; (b) use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software; (c) sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit KISI: The Deja Vu without permission.
3. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to KISI: The Deja Vu belong solely to PALMINC..
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
KISI: The Deja Vu is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. PALMINC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea.
