End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using any game, application, downloadable content (DLC), or software published by Chaotactics.
This End User License Agreement is written in English. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Application means any software, game, downloadable content (DLC), update, patch, or related digital product published by Chaotactics, including but not limited to Kumatopia, Beary Calculator, and future applications.
Company, Chaotactics, We, Us, and Our refer to Chaotactics.
Content includes, but is not limited to:
Characters
Artwork
Illustrations
Animations
Music
Sound effects
Voice recordings
Logos
User interface
Graphics
Text
Icons
Game assets
Save data formats
Downloadable Content (DLC)
Software code
Device means any compatible computer, smartphone, tablet, handheld device, or other supported hardware capable of running the Application.
User, You, or Your refers to any person who downloads, installs, purchases, accesses, or uses the Application.
2. License Grant
The Application is licensed, not sold, to You.
Subject to this Agreement, Chaotactics grants You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:

Install the Application
Use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Chaotactics.
3. Ownership
The Application remains the exclusive property of Chaotactics.
Purchasing the Application grants You permission to use the software under this Agreement only.
Purchasing the Application does not grant ownership of:
the software
source code
artwork
music
characters
logos
downloadable content
game assets
trademarks
copyrights
any other intellectual property owned by Chaotactics.
4. Permitted Use
You may:
Install the Application on devices You own or control.
Play the Application for personal entertainment.
Export or import save files using features provided by the Application.
Record gameplay and share videos or screenshots online, provided such content does not violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
5. Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or with prior written permission from Chaotactics, You may NOT:
Copy the Application.
Redistribute the Application.
Resell the Application.
Rent or lease the Application.
Sublicense the Application.
Share activation keys or license credentials.
Modify the Application.
Reverse engineer the Application.
Decompile the Application.
Disassemble the Application.
Attempt to obtain the source code.
Circumvent security or licensing mechanisms.
Create derivative works based on the Application.
Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary notices.
Use the Application for commercial purposes without written permission.
Exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized software to gain unfair advantages where applicable.
Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Extract, unpack, rip, datamine, scrape, or otherwise obtain any game assets, artwork, music, software code, or other content from the Application for redistribution, commercial use, or incorporation into any other software, game, product, or service.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain the exclusive property of Chaotactics.
The Application and all associated content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Game titles
Characters
Character names
Storylines
Artwork
Illustrations
Animations
Sprites
Backgrounds
User interfaces (UI)
Logos
Icons
Sound effects
Music
Voice recordings
Dialogue
Fonts created by Chaotactics
Game mechanics
Maps
Levels
Collectibles
Downloadable Content (DLC)
Software code
Documentation
Website content
Promotional materials
Any other original content created by Chaotactics
Nothing contained within the Application grants You ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Chaotactics.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Agreement, no ownership rights or intellectual property rights are transferred to You.
The expiration, termination, deletion, or uninstallation of the Application does not grant You any ownership or additional rights to the Application or its intellectual property.
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, music, software, game assets, downloadable content (DLC), and all other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Chaotactics and continue to be protected under applicable law regardless of whether this Agreement has terminated.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting You permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, extract, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Application or its intellectual property except as expressly permitted under this Agreement or by applicable law.
7. Downloadable Content (DLC)
Certain Applications may support downloadable content ("DLC").
DLC may be distributed separately from the base Application and may require a separate purchase or installation.
Any DLC remains licensed, not sold, under this Agreement.
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, You may not:
Redistribute DLC.
Upload DLC to public websites.
Sell DLC.
Modify DLC for commercial purposes.
Remove copyright notices contained within DLC.
7A. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases of the Application, DLC, and other digital products may be processed through third-party distribution platforms, storefronts, payment providers, content-delivery services, or other authorized sales channels, including any platforms or services Chaotactics may support in the future.
Refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes are subject to the policies and procedures of the platform or sales channel through which the purchase was made, as well as any refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Chaotactics does not independently control or guarantee the outcome of refund requests handled by third-party platforms or payment providers. Where a platform or sales channel permits or directs You to contact Chaotactics regarding a refund, purchase issue, or DLC entitlement, Chaotactics may review the request and provide assistance in accordance with its policies, the applicable platform's requirements, and applicable law.
A refund, cancellation, chargeback, or reversal of a purchase may result in the removal, suspension, or loss of access to the associated Application, DLC, or other digital product, where permitted by the applicable platform and law.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
8. Save Files
Some Applications may allow You to export, import, backup, or transfer save files.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of Your save data.
Chaotactics does not guarantee compatibility of save files between different versions of the Application or different platforms.
Chaotactics shall not be responsible for:
Lost save files
Corrupted save files
Damaged save files
Incompatible save files
Loss of game progress
Loss of downloadable content caused by user actions, third-party software, or device failure
9. Updates
Chaotactics may release:
Bug fixes
Content updates
Balance adjustments
New features
Performance improvements
Security updates
DLC
Updates may be provided automatically or manually depending on the platform.
Chaotactics is under no obligation to provide future updates or continue supporting any particular version of the Application.
10. Third-Party Software
The Application may include or rely upon third-party software, libraries, game engines, or services.
Such third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by their own license agreements.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any third-party software to You.
11. User Content
If the Application allows You to create or import content, including save files, screenshots, or other user-created material, You retain ownership of Your original content.
However, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Chaotactics assumes no responsibility for user-created content.
12. Screenshots & Videos
Chaotactics encourages Players to create and share:
Screenshots
Gameplay videos
Livestreams
Reviews
Tutorials
Fan content
for non-commercial purposes.
However, You may not:
Claim ownership of the Application.
Sell or license Chaotactics assets separately.
Misrepresent official Chaotactics content.
Distribute extracted game assets outside the Application.
13. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either You or Chaotactics.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently uninstalling the Application and deleting all copies of the Application from Your devices.
Chaotactics may suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately, without prior notice, if You violate this Agreement or use the Application in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
Upon termination:
Your license to use the Application immediately ends.
You must immediately cease all use of the Application.
You must uninstall and permanently delete all copies of the Application in Your possession or control, except where retention is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Termination of this Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual property to You.
The following provisions shall survive termination and remain in full force and effect:

Disclaimer of Warranty
Limitation of Liability
Governing Law
Any other provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chaotactics expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Compatibility
Chaotactics does not guarantee that:
The Application will be free from bugs or defects.
The Application will operate without interruption.
The Application will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Updates will always be provided.
Every reported issue will be corrected.
You acknowledge that You use the Application entirely at Your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chaotactics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of save data
Corrupted save files
Loss of progress
Device malfunction
Data loss
Lost profits
Business interruption
Loss of goodwill
Compatibility issues
Damage caused by third-party software or hardware
Where applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, such exclusions or limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Updates and Changes
Chaotactics may release updates, patches, bug fixes, downloadable content (DLC), balance changes, or other modifications to improve the Application.
Chaotactics reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
The latest version will be published through the official Chaotactics website or other official distribution platforms.
Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by the Chaotactics Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms an integral part of Your use of the Application.
The latest Privacy Policy is available on the official Chaotactics website.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Chaotactics regarding the Application.
It supersedes all previous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings relating to the Application.
Failure by Chaotactics to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or any other provision.
