END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT - LEEWAY

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By installing or playing Leeway ("the
Game") you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or
play the Game.
1. LICENCE
Singularity ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to install and play one copy of the Game for your own private,
non-commercial use, on devices you own or control. This is a licence, not a
sale; we retain all rights not expressly granted.
You may record, stream, publish and monetise videos, broadcasts, screenshots,
reviews and other commentary featuring gameplay from the Game, provided that
you do not distribute the Game itself or imply that we endorse your content.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or commercially
exploit the Game except as permitted by the platform you bought it on (e.g.
Steam); (b) reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game except to the extent
this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) remove any proprietary notices; or
(d) use the Game to break the law or to harass other players.
3. ONLINE FEATURES
Version 1.0 supports optional private peer-to-peer multiplayer through room
codes. There is no public lobby browser or dedicated Leeway game server.
Connections use third-party signalling and relay services and may be unavailable
or interrupted. Platform services such as cloud saves, achievements and the
overlay may also communicate with the platform under its own terms and privacy
policy. See PRIVACY.txt for details.
4. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including its code, art, characters and design, is owned by
Singularity and protected by copyright and other laws, except for third-party
components and licensed media identified in CREDITS.txt and their accompanying
licence notices.
5. NO WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINGULARITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
7. TERMINATION
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop
using and delete the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
