1. AGE RESTRICTION
This game is intended for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By installing, launching, or playing Lust & Leases, you confirm that you are of legal age to access adult content in your region.
If you are under the required age, you must not install or use this software. Any attempt to circumvent the age gate is a violation of this agreement.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Eros Creative grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Lust & Leases for your personal, private, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms of this agreement.
3. RESTRICTIONS — WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit this software or any portion of it.
- Redistribute, share, upload, or make this software available to others through any means, including torrent sites, file-sharing platforms, Discord servers, or any other distribution channel.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of this software.
- Use this software for any commercial purpose, public performance, or in any setting where admission or payment is charged.
- Create derivative works, mods, or adaptations of this software without prior written consent from Eros Creative.
4. PERSONAL USE ONLY
This software is licensed for private, personal use between consenting adults in a private setting. It is not licensed for use in bars, clubs, events, venues, or any public or commercial context without explicit written permission from Eros Creative.
5. CONSENT, SAFETY & RESPONSIBLE USE
Lust & Leases is a consent-first game designed to be played between adults who have explicitly agreed to participate. By playing this game, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All players must provide free, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent before and during play. No task or activity in this game should ever be performed without the full, willing agreement of all parties involved.
- The use of a safe word or safe signal is strongly recommended. Any player may stop the game at any time, for any reason, without question.
- This game is a social and entertainment tool only. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, sex therapy, or medical advice.
- Eros Creative is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or relational outcomes resulting from play.
6. ENTERTAINMENT & INFORMATIONAL DISCLAIMER
All content within Lust & Leases — including tasks, descriptions, and suggested activities — is provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing in this game constitutes professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.
Users with physical limitations, health conditions, or concerns about specific activities should consult a qualified professional before participating.
7. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Lust & Leases does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, usage data, or analytics. All game data remains entirely on your local device. No account creation is required to play.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Lust & Leases includes a Task Editor that allows players to create custom task lists. Any task lists you create using the Task Editor are your own creative work. Eros Creative makes no claim of ownership over user-created task content.
You may save, share, or distribute your own custom task lists at your sole discretion and your own risk. However, by creating and sharing task content, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or distribute using the Task Editor.
- Eros Creative is not liable for any user-created content, including content shared publicly or with third parties.
- Sharing your own task lists does not grant you any right to share, distribute, or reproduce the game software itself.
9. PROHIBITED CONTENT
The Task Editor must not be used to create content that:
- Involves, depicts, describes, or implies sexual activity with anyone under the age of 18.
- Depicts or encourages non-consensual sexual acts.
- Constitutes harassment, abuse, or targeted harm toward any real individual.
- Is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of any person you share it with.
Creation or distribution of prohibited content is a serious violation of this agreement and may constitute a criminal offense. Eros Creative expressly condemns any such use of this software and bears no responsibility for content created by users in violation of these terms.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Lust & Leases, including its game mechanics, code, task content, user interface, and original written and visual content, is the intellectual property of Eros Creative and its creator. All rights are reserved.
Certain elements of this software, including music and other assets, are created by and remain the property of their respective third-party creators, and are used with permission. Eros Creative does not claim ownership over these third-party contributions.
'Eros Creative' and 'Lust & Leases' are unregistered trademarks of their respective owner. Unauthorized use of these names or associated branding is prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eros Creative and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or relationship harm.
This software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS
Eros Creative reserves the right to update, modify, patch, or discontinue any aspect of Lust & Leases at any time, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to:
- Game mechanics, rules, and balance changes.
- Task content, prop lists, and game data.
- User interface, visual design, and audio.
- Features that are added, changed, or removed.
By continuing to use the software after an update has been applied, you accept the updated version of the game. Eros Creative is under no obligation to maintain any specific version of the game or to preserve features from previous versions.
If you are unhappy with an update, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the software. Eros Creative does not guarantee that previous versions of the game will remain available.
13. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Eros Creative reserves the right to terminate your license to use Lust & Leases immediately and without notice if you violate any terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession. Termination of your license does not entitle you to a refund.
Sections of this agreement relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited content, and governing law survive termination and remain in effect indefinitely.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, launching, or using Lust & Leases, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You have read and understood this agreement.
- You agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
- You accept full personal responsibility for your use of this software.
