END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing, accessing, or using Crypto Trading Simulator (the "Game"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Zhang Wen Jie ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game and remove it from your devices.
This Agreement governs your license to use the Game. Your use of Steam and Steam features is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other terms applicable to your Steam account. This Agreement does not replace or amend any agreement between you and Valve.
This Global Version applies to users outside Algeria, Bangladesh, Mainland China, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, and Tunisia. Mainland China users are governed by the separate Mainland China version. The Game should not be distributed under this Global Version in the other excluded territories unless suitable local terms are adopted.

2. LICENSE, NOT SALE
Subject to this Agreement, a valid Steam license, and any applicable purchase or package terms, Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game is licensed, not sold. You receive no ownership interest in the Game, its source code, or its intellectual property. Publisher and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement.
Any purchase, activation, refund, subscription, or downloadable content associated with the Game is processed through Steam or the relevant platform under its purchase and refund rules. Those rules do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
You may make a reasonable number of backup copies only where permitted by applicable law and only for your own use. You may not use a backup copy to bypass Steam or another technical protection measure.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter this Agreement. If you are below the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf, and you may use the Game only with their permission. Some features may be unavailable in particular countries or to accounts that do not meet Steam's requirements.
You are responsible for your Steam account, device security, and activity performed through your account. Do not share account credentials or impersonate another person.
4. PERMITTED USE
You may use the Game only as expressly permitted by this Agreement and applicable law. You must not:
5. SIMULATED MARKETS; NO FINANCIAL SERVICE
The Game is an entertainment simulation. All balances, positions, orders, fees, rewards, virtual currencies, prices, charts, rankings, and other assets shown in the Game are fictional or simulated. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for real cryptocurrency, fiat currency, securities, commodities, or other property.
The Game is not a bank, exchange, broker, financial adviser, investment product, payment service, custody service, or trading venue. Nothing in the Game is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, prediction, or advice to buy, sell, hold, or trade any real asset. Do not use Game results to make real-world financial decisions.
The Game may request public market data from Binance endpoints or other data providers. Publisher is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Binance or any token project. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or replaced by local simulated data. Publisher does not guarantee continuity, accuracy, or fitness of any market data.
6. STEAM FEATURES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game may use Steam authentication, Steam Cloud, achievements, leaderboards, friends data, persona names, language settings, or other Steamworks features. Those features are provided subject to Valve's terms, availability, and technical limitations. A Steam feature may be unavailable when Steam is offline, when the relevant service is discontinued, or when your account lacks access.
The Game may also rely on third-party market-data, hosting, networking, operating-system, or platform services. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply, and Publisher is not responsible for third-party outages or changes to their services.
As of the effective date, the Game does not contain paid downloadable content, subscriptions, advertising, a user-generated-content hosting service, Publisher-operated analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting. If these features are introduced later, Publisher will update the applicable terms and privacy disclosures before or when required by law.
7. NICKNAMES, LEADERBOARDS, AND PLAYER CONDUCT
If the Game allows a nickname or leaderboard display, you are responsible for choosing a name that does not impersonate another person, include unlawful or abusive content, disclose another person's personal information, or infringe rights. Publisher may change, hide, or remove a nickname or ranking entry that violates this Agreement or is technically invalid.
Only transactions and results that satisfy the Game's eligibility rules may be submitted to a leaderboard. Simulated or mixed-source market sessions may be excluded. Leaderboard ranks are not a statement of real trading skill or financial performance.
8. UPDATES, CHANGES, AND AVAILABILITY
Publisher may provide patches, updates, replacements, balance changes, security fixes, or new features. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game or online features. Publisher may temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
We may change or discontinue parts of the Game, but we will not use this section to remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed. Where applicable law requires notice, a refund, or another remedy for a material change, we will provide the remedy required by that law.
9. USER DATA AND PRIVACY
The Game may access information supplied by the Steam client that is necessary to provide optional Steam features, including a Steam identifier, persona name, language, Cloud availability, achievements, friends leaderboard entries, and leaderboard scores. Game settings, progress, simulated trading history, nickname, and save data are stored locally on your device and may be stored through Steam Cloud when that feature is enabled. Achievement and eligible leaderboard submissions are sent to Steam.
Publisher does not operate a separate account, analytics, advertising, telemetry, or crash-reporting server and does not separately receive or retain the Steam information or local save data described above on a Publisher-controlled server. Requests to public Binance market-data endpoints are made to retrieve public price data and are not intentionally supplied with your Steam identifier, nickname, save data, or simulated portfolio.
Valve independently processes information needed to provide Steam and Steamworks features under Valve's own terms and privacy disclosures. You can review Valve's privacy agreement at https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/.
If the Game's data practices materially change, Publisher will provide an updated notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before beginning the new processing.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into a nickname, save field, leaderboard field, or any other free-text field.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all related software, code, interfaces, artwork, audio, text, names, logos, designs, databases, simulations, and documentation are owned by Publisher or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited license in this Agreement, no right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Steam, Steamworks, and Valve names and marks belong to Valve Corporation or its licensors. Binance and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. No trademark license is granted by this Agreement.
11. TERMINATION
This Agreement begins when you accept it or use the Game and continues until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use. Publisher may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach this Agreement, misuse online features, compromise security, or where termination is required by law or a platform provider. Termination does not limit rights or remedies that accrued before termination.
Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, simulated markets, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute rules, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
12. WARRANTIES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties not expressly stated in this Agreement. Publisher does not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, guarantee, refund right, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your country. If applicable law gives you a mandatory remedy, this Agreement is read subject to that remedy.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Publisher and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or expected savings, arising from or related to the Game, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Publisher's total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Game or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Game during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be capped, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.
14. INDEMNITY WHERE PERMITTED
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse Publisher for reasonable losses and costs caused by your material breach of this Agreement, unlawful use of the Game, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require you to indemnify Publisher where such a requirement is prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
If you are a consumer, mandatory laws and mandatory courts of your country of residence continue to apply. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Subject to that rule, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the issue through zwjf@outlook.com.
16. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update this Agreement when the Game, law, platform requirements, or our services change. We will publish the revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide notice where required by law. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated Agreement applies to future use, subject to mandatory rights.
17. GENERAL TERMS
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. Publisher may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the Game, provided your mandatory rights are preserved.
This Agreement, the Steam terms that apply to your use of Steam, and any expressly incorporated documents are the entire agreement concerning the Game license, except that mandatory consumer rights and the privacy disclosures in Section 9 continue to apply. If a translated version conflicts with this English version, the version required by mandatory local law controls.

- remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, security, or other notices;
- circumvent, disable, defeat, or interfere with Steam, DRM, integrity checks, access controls, or other technical protections;
- use cheats, bots, macros, automation, injectors, trainers, exploits, packet manipulation, or unauthorized tools that alter gameplay, rankings, achievements, or saves;
- interfere with the Game, Steam, another player's use of the Game, or any network or service used by the Game;
- scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically collect data from the Game, Steam features, leaderboards, or other players;
- use the Game to violate law, infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person, defraud, harass, or distribute malicious code; or
- use the Game or its data to provide a competing service or for high-frequency, automated, or commercial trading activity.
