1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing "Last Rituel" ("the Game"), developed and published by Unseen Logic Interactive, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or play the Game.

2. License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement, Unseen Logic Interactive grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Content Warning & Health Notice

WARNING: The Game contains intense psychological horror, dark atmospheric elements, sudden frights, and disturbing visual themes.
* Players who are prone to photosensitive seizures, severe anxiety, panic disorders, or other psychological sensitivities are advised to exercise extreme caution.
* Unseen Logic Interactive shall not be held liable for any health issues arising from the gameplay experience.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, do or allow others to do the following:
* Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Game.
* Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Game or its assets.
* Commercial Use: Exploit the Game or any of its parts for any commercial purpose, including renting, leasing, or public performance without explicit written consent.
* Data Extraction: Extract, mine, or harvest data from the Game files or network traffic.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including, without limitation, all source code, design, artwork, graphics, animations, music, audio, characters, narrative, and text) are owned entirely by Unseen Logic Interactive. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unseen Logic Interactive disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unseen Logic Interactive be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
