This agreement does not replace the terms of the store you bought the game from (Steam, STOVE, and others). Purchases, refunds, and payments are governed by that store's terms. This agreement covers only the use of the game itself and its multiplayer rules. Where the two conflict, the store's terms prevail.

By installing or running the game you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or run the game; you may request a refund under the refund policy of the store where you purchased it.

GE Soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• This is a license, not a sale. All rights in the game and its content remain with GE Soft.
  
• The license is tied to the store account you purchased with and remains valid while ownership verification for that account holds.
  
• You may publish screenshots and video of gameplay on streaming platforms, video sites, and communities, including monetized channels.

1. Copying, distributing, renting, selling, or transferring your license to a third party.
   
2. Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the game, or creating derivative works from information so obtained, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
   
3. Modifying game files or network traffic in order to change outcomes the server determines.
   
4. Using automation to play on your behalf, or sending abnormal requests that burden the server.
   
5. Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
   
6. Violating the multiplayer conduct rules in section 3.

The game offers real-time multiplayer for up to 8 players, with chat. The following are prohibited:

• Profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, sexually explicit content
  
• Threats, harassment, or persistent targeting of another player
  
• Posting or distributing another person's private information
  
• Advertising, solicitation, fraud, demands for money, account trading
  
• Spam, automated messaging, or otherwise disrupting normal conversation
  
• Deliberately disrupting a session or obstructing other players' progress

Technical measures already in place:

• Inappropriate language is masked automatically at the moment a message is sent.
  
• Chat is rate-limited to one message per 2 seconds per channel, up to 200 characters.
  
• Chat is not stored — each room keeps only the 50 most recent messages in memory, discarded when the room closes. GE Soft therefore cannot act on past conversations after the fact, so please include a screenshot when reporting.

• Warning — notice of the violation and a request to stop.
  
• Restricted — some features, such as multiplayer and chat, limited for a period.
  
• Banned — online features suspended for the account.

• Sanctions and their timestamps are recorded in the account history, which you may request through the contact address.
  
• You may appeal to dnwn85@gmail.com, and GE Soft will review without undue delay.
  
• Sanctions apply to online features. Single-player remains available even while an account is suspended.
  
• GE Soft does not forfeit the purchase price. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from.

• You are responsible for the display name and chat messages you enter.
  
• A display name that infringes another's rights or violates section 3 may be required to be changed or temporarily replaced.
  
• GE Soft uses what you enter only as needed to operate the game — never for advertising or other purposes.

• GE Soft may update the game's content, features, and balance. Significant changes will be announced on the store page.
  
• If online features are discontinued, at least 30 days' notice will be given.
  
• Single-player will remain playable after any such discontinuation. Save files live on your own device and persist.

Some images and audio in this game were produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and then reviewed, edited, and curated by the developer. No generative AI runs during gameplay, and no content is generated from player input.

• The game is provided as is. GE Soft does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  
• Multiplayer depends on your network. GE Soft is not responsible for connection problems arising from your own line, router, or firewall.
  
• GE Soft's liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the game.
  
• Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. Any provision conflicting with a mandatory rule is ineffective to that extent.

Personal data is handled under the separate Privacy Policy. In summary: GE Soft collects no email address, phone number, postal address, or payment details; uses no advertising or advertising identifiers; and does not store chat.

• GE Soft may amend this agreement; amendments take effect when posted.
  
• Changes unfavourable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance; absent objection within that period, they are deemed accepted.
  
• If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the game.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  
• Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; failing that, before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
  
• Users residing outside Korea retain the consumer protections granted by the law of their place of residence.
