End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: March 19, 2026
Language and Governing Version: This English-language EULA is the governing and legally controlling version. Any translation is provided for convenience/reference only. In case of conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency, this English version prevails.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Licensee") and Alexander Androsov, an individual developer operating as a sole proprietor (Einzelgewerbe) under German law ("Licensor", "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), publisher of the desktop software distributed as Work with Script and related binaries, local assets, updates, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").
By installing, activating, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Model and Grant
Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software for personal or internal business use.
This is a one-time purchase perpetual license for the purchased version. No subscription is required to continue using that licensed version.
This Agreement grants a Single-User License. The license is tied to one individual person and may be activated on up to two (2) active devices concurrently, provided that both devices are owned or primarily controlled by that single individual user. Sharing a single license key across multiple users, employees, or team members is strictly prohibited.
2. Payments, Merchant of Record, and Refunds
Purchases, tax handling, and refund handling may be processed through Lemon Squeezy (or its successor), acting as merchant of record for checkout and licensing operations.
The Software may also be distributed through Steam (Valve). For purchases made through Steam, payment processing, billing, and refund handling are governed by Steam's platform terms and refund rules.
Refunds for direct (non-Steam) purchases are handled according to the official refund policy and/or Lemon Squeezy platform rules, in each case subject to mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in this Agreement limits non-waivable refund rights granted by applicable law.
Storefront-Specific Licensing: Each license is valid only for the specific distribution channel (storefront) where it was purchased. A purchase made through Steam grants access only via Steam and does not include a standalone license key or direct-download entitlement from Licensor's website unless explicitly stated. A direct purchase via Lemon Squeezy does not include Steam entitlement or a Steam key unless explicitly stated as part of a specific promotion.
3. Activation, License Keys, Device Limits, and Trial
The Software may require a valid license key for activation.
License key generation and validation may be provided through Lemon Squeezy licensing systems.
A single paid license is strictly for use by one individual and is limited to a maximum of two (2) active device activations at any given time.
The Software may provide a "Forget this device" (or similarly named) feature to deactivate the current device and free one activation slot.
Trial mode (if offered) may be feature-limited or time-limited.
We may use anti-abuse controls, including device fingerprinting, activation checks, and key validation, to enforce licensing terms.
Bypassing or attempting to bypass activation, trial, fingerprinting, or device limits is prohibited.
We may offer additional manual reset/deactivation support at our discretion.
For Steam-distributed versions, access/licensing may be tied to Steam account entitlements and Steam client/platform mechanisms instead of standalone key activation.
License activation and validation may involve the transmission of limited device and activation-related information to us and to third-party licensing or merchant-of-record providers, including Lemon Squeezy, for seat management, fraud prevention, and license enforcement.
Third-party providers may process such data under their own legal terms and privacy policies.
4. Age, Legal Capacity, and Germany-Specific Notice
By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
If you are under 18, you may use the Software only with legally valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.
For users in Germany, legal capacity rules under the German Civil Code (BGB), including sections on legal incapacity and limited legal capacity (including section 110 BGB where applicable), remain applicable and are not waived by this Agreement.
Children without legal capacity may not accept this Agreement.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
No rights are granted except those expressly granted in this Agreement.
6. User-Created Content, Feedback, and No AI Training
You retain ownership of content you create with the Software, including scripts, notes, music, spreadsheets, drawings, and exports ("User Content").
You are responsible for your User Content and for obtaining all rights necessary to create, use, and distribute it.
Unless you intentionally export/share data or connect optional services, User Content remains local to your device(s).
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, enhancement requests, recommendations, bug reports, or other feedback about the Software ("Feedback"), you may keep ownership of your submission, but, to the extent any intellectual property or similar rights apply to that Feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, implement, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any purpose without compensation, approval, or attribution. Unless separately agreed in writing, Feedback is not confidential.
No AI Training Commitment: We do not use your User Content to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence or machine learning models, except where you separately and explicitly opt in to such a program in writing.
7. License Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow others to:
redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, host, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties;
copy the Software except for reasonable backup copies;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, or create derivative works, except where non-waivable law expressly permits;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or license notices;
bypass or interfere with key checks, activation controls, anti-tamper controls, device limits, or other security/licensing protections;
use unauthorized keys, cracks, key generators, or patched binaries;
use the Software in violation of applicable law.
8. Anti-Tamper Notice
Tampering with keys, activation systems, anti-tamper controls, or protected binaries is prohibited and done entirely at your own risk.
Unauthorized tampering may lead to data corruption, loss of access, software malfunction, security exposure, license termination, and potential legal liability.
9. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive trade embargoes or sanctions applicable to this Software;
you are not listed on a prohibited or restricted party list maintained by applicable governmental authorities;
you will not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make available the Software in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
10. Third-Party Software and API Components
The Software includes or depends on third-party components licensed by their respective owners.
Current notices are provided in the Licenses and Third-Party Notices materials distributed with the Software and may include components such as Tone.js, VexFlow, html2canvas, jsPDF, PDF.js, Mammoth.js, and planned VST3 SDK integration.
Your use of those components is subject to their license terms (for example MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD-2-Clause, as applicable).
11. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, fixes, or feature releases. Unless a separate license states otherwise, they are governed by this Agreement.
We are not required to provide updates for any specific duration unless required by law.
12. Support
Support, bug-report handling, and feedback review, if provided, are offered under our current support practices. We do not guarantee issue resolution timelines, universal plugin compatibility, or future feature delivery.
13. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
If you materially breach this Agreement, your license may terminate automatically. On termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall/delete all copies under your control.
Sections intended to survive termination do survive, including ownership, restrictions, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE BEHAVIOR, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS, SYSTEMS, OR CONFIGURATIONS.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
17. Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement, together with referenced notices/policies distributed with the Software, is the complete agreement regarding the Software.
For transactions made through Steam, applicable Steam platform terms (including refund/payment handling terms) apply in addition to this Agreement; where a mandatory platform rule conflicts with a purchase/refund process in this Agreement, the platform rule controls for that platform transaction.
If any part is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
18. Contact
Licensor / Developer: Alexander Androsov.
For licensing and legal questions, use the contact details listed in the installer, purchase confirmation, or official project website, including the Legal Notice/Impressum where applicable.

Terms and Conditions
Effective date: March 19, 2026
Language and Governing Version: This English-language Terms and Conditions document is the governing and legally controlling version. Any translation is provided for convenience/reference only. In case of conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency, this English version prevails.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase, download, installation access, support interactions, and related use of Work with Script software and official distribution channels.
If you install or use the Software, the End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding software use, the EULA controls.
1. Provider
The software provider is Alexander Androsov, an individual developer operating as a sole proprietor (Einzelgewerbe) under German law ("Developer", "we", "our", "us"), as identified in your purchase receipt, installer metadata, or official website.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you use the Software on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
If you are under 18, you may use the Software only with legally valid parent/legal guardian consent.
For users in Germany, legal capacity rules under the German Civil Code (BGB), including legal incapacity, limited legal capacity, and section 110 BGB where applicable, remain fully applicable.
3. Product Model
Work with Script is licensed software, not a SaaS subscription product.
Paid licenses are one-time purchases with a perpetual license for the purchased version.
The default license model is a Single-User License: one individual user may maintain up to two (2) active device activations at a time on devices they own or primarily control.
A "Forget this device" (or similarly named) deactivation function may be provided to free an activation slot.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Applicable taxes, VAT, or duties may be added based on your billing location and local law.
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and billing information.
Checkout, billing, tax handling, key delivery, and related licensing workflows may be processed through Lemon Squeezy (or its successor), acting as merchant of record where applicable.
The Software may also be sold through Steam (Valve). For Steam purchases, billing/payment handling and store transaction terms are governed by Steam platform terms.
5. Delivery and Activation
Delivery is typically digital (installer, key, download access, or equivalent).
You are responsible for keeping your key and installer access secure.
You must not share license keys outside your authorized use.
Trial mode, if available, may have technical and feature limitations.
License key generation/validation and anti-abuse checks may be handled via Lemon Squeezy licensing systems.
For Steam-distributed versions, entitlement/activation may be managed via Steam account and platform mechanisms instead of direct key activation.
Storefront-Specific Licensing: Licenses are channel-specific. Purchases made on Steam provide access through Steam only and do not automatically include a standalone website key/download. Direct purchases via Lemon Squeezy do not automatically include Steam entitlement or a Steam key, unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Developer's applicable refund policy and/or Lemon Squeezy platform rules, plus mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where mandatory law grants a withdrawal/refund right, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
For purchases made through Steam, refund eligibility and processing are handled under Steam's applicable refund policy and platform terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially repackage the Software without written permission;
tamper with licensing systems, anti-abuse controls, activation checks, or protected binaries;
use unauthorized keys, key generators, or cracked/modified builds;
use the Software in violation of law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Software and branding remain with Developer and its licensors. Third-party components remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Third-party licenses and notices are provided in the Licenses and Third-Party Notices materials distributed with the Software.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create with the Software (for example scripts, notes, sheets, music, and exports). You are responsible for legality and rights clearance of your content.
We do not use your User Content to train or fine-tune AI/ML models unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
10. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, bug reports, feature proposals, or other feedback about the Software or related services ("Feedback"), you may keep ownership of your submission, but, to the extent any intellectual property or similar rights apply to that Feedback, you grant the Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, implement, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any purpose without compensation, approval, or attribution.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis and does not create any duty to implement, review, or compensate you for any idea or suggestion.
11. Export Control and Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned/embargoed region, are not on a prohibited-party list, and will not export, re-export, or use the Software in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
12. Updates and Compatibility
We may provide updates, fixes, and improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of downloads, compatibility with every OS/plugin setup, or support for all historical versions.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend support/download access or terminate license rights for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or the EULA, including fraud, piracy, key abuse, or tampering.
14. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS/REVENUE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT LICENSE.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is established, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Updated Terms apply to future purchases/interactions and, where legally permitted, to ongoing use after notice.
18. Contact
Provider / Developer: Alexander Androsov.
Legal/support contact details are provided in your purchase flow, installer, or official project site, including the Legal Notice/Impressum where applicable.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 19, 2026
Language and Governing Version: This English-language Privacy Policy is the governing and legally controlling version. Any translation is provided for convenience/reference only. In case of conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency, this English version prevails.
This Privacy Policy describes how Alexander Androsov, an individual developer operating as a sole proprietor (Einzelgewerbe) under German law, publisher of Work with Script and acting data controller for direct distribution channels ("Developer", "we", "our", "us"), handles personal data related to software licensing, purchases, support, contact-form communications, and feedback.
Work with Script is primarily a desktop, local-first software product (not a SaaS platform).
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
software licensing and activation;
purchases and billing interactions;
support, contact-form, feedback, bug-report, and legal communications;
official websites/download channels connected to the Software.
It does not cover third-party websites or services you choose to use independently.
2. Data We May Process
Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
Purchase/account data: name, email, billing country, transaction identifiers, payment status (including data processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record/payment provider where applicable, and platform transaction data for Steam purchases where applicable).
License and anti-abuse data: To enforce license limits, prevent abuse, and support device deactivation or "forget this device" functionality, we process the following:
a. Licensing metadata (processed on-device): Your license key or key hash, activation and deactivation timestamps, and app version. This data is used locally to manage your license state and activation seats. We do not routinely transmit this metadata to our own servers.
b. Device fingerprint hash (processed on-device): The app locally gathers specific hardware and software signals from your device — including the machine hostname, non-internal network interface MAC addresses, CPU model, total RAM, operating system/platform/architecture, and the local application data path — and hashes them into a unique SHA-256 identifier. Collecting these signals is strictly necessary to validate your license and provide the software service you requested.
c. Data transmitted to our licensing server (first-party): For trial validation and license enforcement, we send ONLY the resulting SHA-256 fingerprint hash to our licensing infrastructure — not the raw hardware signals. No other device metadata accompanies the hash. This minimizes data exposure while allowing us to verify your trial status and prevent abuse.
d. Data transmitted to Lemon Squeezy (third-party, license activation only): When activating a paid license, we transmit your license key and a license-instance label (computer hostname, operating-system account username, and device platform/architecture) to Lemon Squeezy for seat management and license enforcement. See Section 7 for further details on Lemon Squeezy's role as merchant of record.
Support and contact data: messages, name, email address, logs, screenshots, attachments, and other information you voluntarily submit through support emails, the contact form, bug reports, or feedback requests.
Basic technical request data: IP address and connection metadata received by hosting/licensing infrastructure.
Purpose of processing this data: We process and share this licensing and activation data to deliver licenses, activate and validate seats, enforce activation limits, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain the security and integrity of the licensing system.
No Cross-Site Tracking: The device hashes, metadata, and fingerprint data we collect are strictly isolated and used exclusively for digital rights management (DRM), license enforcement, and fraud prevention. We do not use this data to track your behavior across other applications or websites, we do not build user profiles based on your hardware, and we never sell, rent, or share this data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics networks.
3. Local Project Content
Scripts, notes, music, drawings, spreadsheets, and exports you create are generally stored locally on your devices.
We do not receive your project content unless you deliberately share it with us (for example during support).
4. No AI Training on User Content
We do not use your local project content or submitted creative content to train or fine-tune AI/ML models unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
5. Purposes of Processing
We process data to:
deliver and activate your license;
enforce the single-user, 2-device activation limit and prevent fraud/key abuse;
respond to contact-form submissions, bug reports, feedback, and other communications you initiate;
comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, legal claims);
maintain product security and service integrity;
improve the Software based on bug reports and product feedback;
comply with export control and sanctions requirements where applicable.
6. Legal Bases (GDPR-style Framework)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your licensing, device, and activation data based on the following lawful bases:
Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing this data is required to deliver the software, validate your purchase, and provide the perpetual license you acquired.
Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): We have a legitimate commercial interest in preventing fraud, enforcing our license seat limits, securing our systems, and protecting our intellectual property against piracy and trial abuse.
Legal obligations (tax/accounting/legal compliance) where applicable.
Consent where specifically requested for optional processing.
7. Sharing of Data
We may share data only as needed with:
payment processors/merchant of record providers (including Lemon Squeezy where used);
licensing/hosting and infrastructure providers;
support, contact-form, and website/inbox tooling providers;
legal/accounting advisors when required.
We do not sell your personal data.
Lemon Squeezy Activation: When you activate a direct-license build through Lemon Squeezy, we may send Lemon Squeezy your license key and a license-instance label used to identify and manage activation seats. That label may include your computer hostname, operating-system account username, and device platform/architecture string.
Merchant of Record Processing: When you purchase or activate through Lemon Squeezy, certain purchase, billing, license, and device-instance data may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and under Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy and legal terms. We remain responsible for the data our app collects and transmits to Lemon Squeezy for licensing and activation purposes, while Lemon Squeezy is responsible for its own processing activities in connection with payment, tax, merchant-of-record, and related licensing operations.
If you purchase or use the Software through Steam, Valve may process your platform account, transaction, and entitlement data as an independent controller under Steam's own privacy terms. We may receive limited entitlement/transaction metadata from Steam as needed to provide support, validate access, and maintain records.
8. International Transfers
If data is processed outside your country/region, we use legally recognized safeguards where required (for example contractual safeguards under applicable law).
9. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
Perpetual license data: Because our software is sold as a perpetual license, your license key, activation timestamps, and device hashes are retained for as long as your license remains valid and unrevoked. This ensures you can successfully re-install or re-activate the software on your devices in the future.
Trial data: Data collected solely to prevent trial abuse (such as device hashes from expired trial periods) is retained for a maximum of 3 years following the expiration of the trial, based on our legitimate interest in fraud prevention and aligned with standard statutory limitation periods. After 3 years, the expired trial hash is automatically deleted.
Additionally:
purchase/accounting records for required statutory periods;
support and contact-form records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the specific request, issue, or feedback you submitted, unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, establishment or defense of legal claims, or an ongoing support relationship;
limited internal records of resolved support matters where reasonably necessary for troubleshooting continuity, security, or audit history.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability of your personal data, and to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.
Your Right to Deletion: Under the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, including your device hashes and activation records.
For Paid Users: If you request the deletion of your licensing data, we will comply. However, because this data is strictly necessary to validate your perpetual license, deleting it will permanently revoke your license and your ability to activate or use the software. If your deletion request is made outside of our standard 14-day refund window, no refund will be issued for the revoked license. Deletion requests made within the initial 14-day window will be treated in accordance with our standard refund policy.
For Trial Users: You are welcome to request the deletion of your trial data. However, to prevent abuse of our free trial system, we cannot immediately delete the anonymous device hash associated with your computer. Retaining this specific, non-identifying hash is strictly necessary to enforce our one-trial-per-device limit and protect the software from fraud. Rest assured, this hash is never used to track you, and it is automatically and permanently purged from our systems after 3 years.
To exercise rights, contact us through the official support/legal contact channel provided in purchase or installer documentation.
12. Children and Legal Capacity
The Software is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for independent data consent. Do not provide personal data if you are not legally eligible.
For users in Germany, legal capacity principles under the German Civil Code (BGB), including rules applicable to minors and section 110 BGB where relevant, remain applicable.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy for legal, technical, or business reasons. Updated versions take effect on the posted effective date.
14. Contact
Data controller / Developer: Alexander Androsov.
Contact details for privacy requests are provided in your purchase records, installer, or official project website, including the Legal Notice/Impressum where applicable.
Effective date: March 19, 2026

You may not, and may not allow others to:
redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, host, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties;
copy the Software except for reasonable backup copies;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, or create derivative works, except where non-waivable law expressly permits;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or license notices;
bypass or interfere with key checks, activation controls, anti-tamper controls, device limits, or other security/licensing protections;
use unauthorized keys, cracks, key generators, or patched binaries;
use the Software in violation of applicable law.
You represent and warrant that:
you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive trade embargoes or sanctions applicable to this Software;
you are not listed on a prohibited or restricted party list maintained by applicable governmental authorities;
you will not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make available the Software in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

You agree not to:
redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially repackage the Software without written permission;
tamper with licensing systems, anti-abuse controls, activation checks, or protected binaries;
use unauthorized keys, key generators, or cracked/modified builds;
use the Software in violation of law or third-party rights.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
software licensing and activation;
purchases and billing interactions;
support, contact-form, feedback, bug-report, and legal communications;
official websites/download channels connected to the Software.
We process data to:
deliver and activate your license;
enforce the single-user, 2-device activation limit and prevent fraud/key abuse;
respond to contact-form submissions, bug reports, feedback, and other communications you initiate;
comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, legal claims);
maintain product security and service integrity;
improve the Software based on bug reports and product feedback;
comply with export control and sanctions requirements where applicable.
We may share data only as needed with:
payment processors/merchant of record providers (including Lemon Squeezy where used);
licensing/hosting and infrastructure providers;
support, contact-form, and website/inbox tooling providers;
legal/accounting advisors when required.
Additionally:
purchase/accounting records for required statutory periods;
support and contact-form records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the specific request, issue, or feedback you submitted, unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, establishment or defense of legal claims, or an ongoing support relationship;
limited internal records of resolved support matters where reasonably necessary for troubleshooting continuity, security, or audit history.
