Havfun is a free-to-play social casino and casual mini-game service for entertainment only. The Service does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes, or any opportunity to win money or anything of real-world value based on game results. Virtual Chips and Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or transferred for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, services, or any other item of value.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between NURIWORKS ("NURIWORKS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the person who accesses or uses the Steam PC edition of Havfun and related NURIWORKS game services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Service"). By selecting an acceptance control presented in the Service or by using the Service after having a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Steam is operated by Valve Corporation and its affiliates ("Valve"). Your use of Steam, Steam Wallet, Steam Community, and other Valve services is also governed by Valve's applicable agreements and policies. NURIWORKS is the provider and operator of Havfun; Valve is not a party to these Terms.

1.1 You may use the Service only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old and at least the minimum legal age required for simulated casino games in your place of residence. The Service is not directed to children.

1.2 You represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether access to simulated casino games is lawful where you live or access the Service. We may restrict availability by country, region, account, or feature where reasonably necessary for legal, security, platform, or operational reasons.

1.3 Havfun does not involve deposits, withdrawals, cash-out, real-money stakes, or prizes of real-world value. If any person offers to buy or sell a Havfun account, Virtual Chips, or Virtual Items outside the Service, that offer is unauthorized and may be fraudulent.

2.1 The Steam version uses Steam authentication. A Havfun game profile may be automatically created or linked to your verified SteamID. You must maintain a valid Steam account and comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement. We do not receive or ask for your Steam password.

2.2 The license and Havfun game profile are personal to you. You must not sell, rent, lend, gift, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the profile, access rights, Virtual Chips, Virtual Items, or entitlements except through a function expressly provided by NURIWORKS and permitted by Steam.

2.3 You are responsible for activity conducted through your Steam account and devices to the extent permitted by law. Promptly secure your Steam account and contact Steam Support and NURIWORKS if you suspect unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict a Havfun profile while investigating compromise, fraud, or security risk.

2.4 One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate rankings or promotions, duplicate rewards, farm Virtual Chips, or obtain an unfair advantage. We may link accounts using reasonable security and fraud-prevention signals, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3.1 Subject to these Terms, NURIWORKS grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Steam PC edition of Havfun for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices associated with your Steam account.

3.2 The Service is licensed, not sold. No ownership interest in the Service, software, game data, Virtual Chips, Virtual Items, account, characters, or other content is transferred to you. NURIWORKS and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3.3 You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code from, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Service, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits the activity.

4.1 "Virtual Chips" means the in-game chips or other fictional currency used solely within Havfun. "Virtual Items" means digital clothing, accessories, boosts, passes, consumables, or other in-game content. They are limited contractual access rights, not money or property, and are subject to these Terms and the game rules.

4.2 Virtual Chips and Virtual Items:

• have no cash value and are not a bank deposit, security, stored value, cryptocurrency, e-money, or payment instrument;
  
• cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, prizes, goods, services, or anything of real-world value;
  
• cannot be sold, purchased, traded, gifted, transferred, pledged, or brokered outside an expressly enabled in-Service function;
  
• may be earned through gameplay or granted through purchases, promotions, customer-support adjustments, or other rules displayed in the Service; and
  
• may be adjusted, revoked, limited, or removed where reasonably necessary to correct errors, implement refunds or chargebacks, address fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain game balance.

4.3 Odds, rules, entry costs, rewards, limits, and other gameplay conditions may vary by game mode and will be shown in the Service where relevant. Gameplay outcomes do not create a claim to money or real-world prizes.

4.4 Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, unused Virtual Chips and Virtual Items are not refundable or compensable merely because game balance, availability, design, or functionality changes. This clause does not limit statutory consumer rights or Steam's applicable refund rules.

5.1 All purchases offered inside the Steam version of Havfun must be initiated and completed using Steam Wallet through the Steam purchasing interface. The Service will not direct you to an external payment method for in-game purchases. Valve processes the payment; NURIWORKS grants and manages the corresponding entitlement after Steam confirms the transaction.

5.2 Before authorization, the Steam interface or in-game offer will display the item or package, price, currency, and material conditions. Taxes, currency conversion, regional pricing, spending limits, and payment availability may be determined by Steam or applicable law.

5.3 Refund eligibility and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law, the Steam Refund Policy, the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and the transaction type. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable consumer right. Refund requests should ordinarily be submitted through Steam Support or the Steam purchase-history interface.

5.4 If Steam reports that a transaction was refunded, partially refunded, charged back, denied, reversed for suspected fraud, or otherwise invalidated, NURIWORKS may revoke the corresponding Virtual Chips, Virtual Items, benefits, or entitlements. If the content has already been consumed, we may restore the account to the position it reasonably would have had without the reversed transaction, including adjusting a resulting negative balance or temporarily limiting affected features. We will not impose a penalty solely because a user exercised a lawful refund right in good faith.

5.5 Attempting to retain or transfer benefits from a reversed transaction, using stolen payment credentials, coordinating chargeback fraud, or repeatedly exploiting purchasing errors may result in protective restrictions or sanctions under Section 10 after reasonable review.

6.1 The Service may include casino-style games using only Virtual Chips, casual mini-games, avatars, personal spaces, rankings, achievements, text or voice communication, multiplayer spaces, and other features. Only features present in the current build and accurately described on the Steam store page should be relied upon as available.

6.2 Online features require internet access and may require Steam to be running. Maintenance, security incidents, capacity limits, network failures, third-party outages, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the Service.

6.3 We may update, rebalance, add, remove, limit, or discontinue content or features for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, bug fixes, service improvement, game balance, or operational reasons. Where a change materially impairs purchased digital content, we will provide any notice, remedy, refund, or alternative required by applicable law.

6.4 We do not guarantee that rankings, events, challenges, or specific game modes will remain available indefinitely. Scheduled events may be changed or cancelled for legitimate operational reasons.

7.1 You must follow these Terms, the rules shown in the Service, and applicable Steam rules. You must not use profiles, chat, voice, usernames, images, or other social features to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, or intimidate another person;
  
• promote hatred or violence based on protected characteristics;
  
• post or transmit pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
  
• share another person's private information without authorization, impersonate another person or NURIWORKS/Valve personnel, or engage in phishing;
  
• defame, deceive, defraud, or promote illegal goods, services, wagering, account sales, real-money trading, or unauthorized financial activity;
  
• spam, flood, advertise, solicit, distribute malware, or disrupt normal communication;
  
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  
• evade a mute, block, moderation action, age restriction, or regional restriction.

7.2 Other users may see and capture information you make public or share in social areas. Use available privacy, mute, block, and reporting controls. Do not disclose passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, precise home addresses, or other sensitive information.

7.3 We may use automated tools and human review to detect and address reported or apparent violations. We are not obligated to monitor every communication and cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified immediately.

8.1 "User Content" means text, images, profile content, recordings, designs, messages, feedback, or other material you submit to or through Havfun, excluding content you submit solely through a Valve-controlled Steam feature governed by Valve's terms.

8.2 You retain rights you lawfully hold in User Content. You grant NURIWORKS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, transmit, display, perform, and distribute User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the Service. For promotional use outside the Service that identifies you, we will obtain any consent required by law. The operational license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for backup, legal, safety, evidence-preservation, or content shared by others that they have not deleted.

8.3 You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, operate the Service, respond to a valid legal request, or comply with law.

8.4 Feedback and suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by NURIWORKS without payment or confidentiality obligation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of unrelated personal data or pre-existing intellectual property.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• use or distribute cheats, hacks, bots, macros, scripts, automation, unauthorized mods, packet or memory editors, emulators configured to automate play, or other tools that create an unfair advantage or automate rewards;
  
• exploit, publicize for abuse, sell, or facilitate a bug, vulnerability, duplication method, unintended reward, or purchasing error; legitimate security reports should be sent privately to NURIWORKS;
  
• tamper with the game client, execution, memory, files, network traffic, server protocol, matchmaking, rankings, purchases, advertising, telemetry, authentication, or security controls;
  
• intercept, scrape, harvest, crawl, mine, or extract Service data through unauthorized automated means;
  
• disrupt, overload, attack, probe, or obtain unauthorized access to the Service, another account, or related systems;
  
• launder, sell, trade, transfer, farm, or broker accounts, Virtual Chips, Virtual Items, rewards, or entitlements for real-world value;
  
• collude, win-trade, manipulate rankings or outcomes, engage in proxy play, use multiple accounts for unfair benefits, or falsify location, identity, eligibility, or transaction information;
  
• use the Service for commercial exploitation, unauthorized advertising, gambling for real-world value, or any unlawful purpose; or
  
• assist, encourage, or attempt any prohibited conduct.

NURIWORKS may use proportionate anti-cheat, security, fraud-detection, and log-analysis measures as described in the Privacy Policy. Technical signals are evaluated with context and are not declared infallible or the sole conclusive evidence in every dispute.

10.1 If we reasonably determine that you violated these Terms or that an account presents a security, fraud, legal, or safety risk, we may take proportionate action, including a warning, content removal, mute, feature restriction, leaderboard correction, reversal of improperly obtained benefits, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

10.2 We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to stop cheating, fraud, unlawful conduct, harm, security threats, evidence destruction, or ongoing disruption. Otherwise, we will provide notice or reasons where reasonably practicable and required by law. Enforcement may consider severity, intent, recurrence, impact, account history, available evidence, and risk of continued harm.

10.3 A sanction does not automatically eliminate a refund or consumer remedy required by applicable law. Conversely, a lawful refund does not entitle a user to retain reversed entitlements.

10.4 You may appeal an account sanction by emailing info@havfun.com with the SteamID, approximate date, and reason you believe the action was incorrect. We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate. We are not required to disclose confidential anti-cheat methods, security controls, personal information of others, or information that would facilitate evasion.

The Service and all NURIWORKS-provided software, characters, artwork, animation, audio, music, text, game systems, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by NURIWORKS or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Steam and Valve marks are owned by Valve or its licensors. No license to use any trademark, branding, source code, or proprietary asset is granted except the limited license in Section 3.

If you believe content in Havfun infringes your copyright or other rights, send a detailed notice to info@havfun.com identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, the basis of your claim, and any legally required statements. We may request additional information and may remove or restore content consistent with applicable law.

NURIWORKS processes personal information as described in the Havfun Privacy Policy. Valve processes information under Valve's own privacy policy. The Privacy Policy explains the information collected for Steam authentication, purchases, multiplayer and social features, security, support, retention, international transfers, and privacy rights. It is incorporated into these Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law; it does not convert consent into the legal basis for all processing.

The Service depends on Steam and may interoperate with third-party technology. NURIWORKS does not control Steam accounts, Steam Wallet, Valve's network, Steam Community, or third-party services. Their terms and policies apply to their services. To the extent permitted by law, NURIWORKS is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, content, or policies, but remains responsible for its own obligations and for vendors acting on its behalf where applicable law so provides.

14.1 You may stop using Havfun at any time. You may request deletion of the Havfun game profile by contacting info@havfun.com or using an in-Service deletion function if available. Deleting Havfun does not delete your Steam account.

14.2 Termination ends the license to use the Service. Subject to applicable law, Virtual Chips and Virtual Items remaining at termination are cancelled and have no cash value. Sections that by their nature should survive - including ownership, accrued payment obligations, enforcement records, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and miscellaneous terms - survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." NURIWORKS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that all defects will be corrected, or that every feature will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantee, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NURIWORKS and its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Service or these Terms, even if advised that such loss was possible.

16.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NURIWORKS's aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to NURIWORKS through Steam for Havfun during the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.

16.3 The limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, fraud, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NURIWORKS against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful User Content, your commercial misuse of the Service, or your intentional violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by NURIWORKS, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

18.2 Before filing a formal claim, you and NURIWORKS should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through customer support. Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to info@havfun.com.

18.3 Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the agreed court of first instance where such an agreement is legally effective. If the law of your residence gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local consumer law, that right is preserved.

18.4 These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not waive participation in a class or representative action where such waiver would require separate agreement or may be unenforceable.

We may revise these Terms for legal, platform, security, operational, or service changes. We will post the revised Terms and effective date. For a material change adverse to users, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where required by law, obtain renewed acceptance. If you do not accept a material revision, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Continued use alone will not waive a right that applicable law requires to be accepted separately.

NURIWORKS may provide notices through the Service, Steam announcements, the Steam store page, a linked website, or the email address associated with a support request, as appropriate. Service-related notices are not marketing communications.

21.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Havfun Privacy Policy, rules displayed for particular features, and any purchase terms presented at checkout form the agreement regarding Havfun. Valve's agreements separately govern Steam and Valve services.

21.2 Order of Priority. Mandatory law controls first. For payment processing, refunds, Steam account functions, and Valve services, applicable Valve terms and Steam policies control those platform matters. For Havfun gameplay, Virtual Chips, Virtual Items, community rules, and NURIWORKS-operated features, these Terms control unless a specific in-Service rule expressly states otherwise.

21.3 Severability. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective.

21.4 No Waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be express and applies only to the stated instance.

21.5 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or transfer your Havfun license without NURIWORKS's written consent. NURIWORKS may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of business, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law and preservation of consumer rights.

21.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for any third party. Valve is not responsible for providing or supporting Havfun under these Terms.

21.7 Language. If NURIWORKS publishes translations, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law in the event of an inconsistency. A mandatory local-language version controls where applicable law requires it.
