This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and RustCan LLC
("RustCan") for the Steam edition of RUSTCAN ("Game"). By installing or using
the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or
use the Game.
1. LICENSE
RustCan grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to install and use the Game through your valid Steam account for personal,
non-commercial entertainment. Your use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber
Agreement and Steam rules.
2. ACCOUNT AND ONLINE SERVICE
The Game requires an internet connection and a free RUSTCAN account. Steam
authentication and the RUSTCAN account are separate accounts. You are
responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under
your accounts. RustCan may suspend access for cheating, abuse, fraud, or other
material violations of this Agreement.
3. PLAYER CONDUCT AND USER CONTENT
You must not cheat, reverse engineer the online service, interfere with other
players, impersonate another person, or use chat or voice features to harass,
threaten, exploit, or distribute unlawful content. You retain responsibility
for content you submit. RustCan may moderate, remove, or report content when
reasonably necessary to protect players or comply with law.
4. LIVE AI FEATURES
The Gnome uses live, automatically generated AI responses. Responses may be
inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and are provided for entertainment and
gameplay guidance only. They are not financial, medical, legal, or other
professional advice. Information sent to the Gnome may be processed by RustCan
and its service providers to provide the feature, safety controls, and support.
5. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND TIN
Tin Coins, cosmetics, Season Pass rewards, ranks, and other progression are
virtual game features with no cash value and no right of redemption. In the
Steam edition, Tin is earned through gameplay and there is no cryptocurrency,
NFT, blockchain, wallet, mining, faucet, or external payment feature. Game
progress and virtual items may be adjusted when reasonably required for
security, maintenance, balance, or operation of the Game.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, its software, artwork, audio, text, trademarks, and other content are
owned by RustCan or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except
for the license expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred
to you.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME AND ONLINE SERVICE ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUSTCAN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE
OF THE GAME. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY
BE LIMITED.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement ends when you stop using the Game or when RustCan terminates
your access for a material violation. Sections that by their nature should
survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property,
disclaimer, and limitation-of-liability terms.
