This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to Paws & Plates: Cozy Cat Cafe ("Game"), developed and published by ESHVYN GAMES.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.


TAVELYNX GAMES grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.


The Game, including its software, code, graphics, artwork, characters, audio, music, user interface, designs, and other content, is owned by TAVELYNX GAMES or its respective licensors.

Purchasing the Game does not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property rights to you.


You may not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Game.
  
• Copy or redistribute the Game except where permitted by applicable law.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  
• Use unauthorized cheats, exploits, hacks, or software that interferes with the normal operation of the Game.
  
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

TAVELYNX GAMES may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, balancing changes, improvements, or additional content for the Game.

Game features, content, or functionality may be modified over time.


The Game may store progress, preferences, settings, and other game-related data locally on your device or through supported platform services.

TAVELYNX GAMES cannot guarantee that save data will never be lost, corrupted, or become unavailable.


The Game may use Steam features, third-party software, libraries, plugins, or other services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.


The Game is distributed through Steam.

Your use of Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other terms established by Valve Corporation.


The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

TAVELYNX GAMES does not guarantee that the Game will always operate without interruption, bugs, errors, or compatibility issues.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAVELYNX GAMES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.


This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your license to use the Game may terminate if you materially violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.


TAVELYNX GAMES may update this Agreement when necessary.

Continued use of the Game after an updated Agreement becomes applicable may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.


This Agreement is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
