This Badgerworks Anti-Cheat End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Badgerworks Anti-Cheat software ("Anti-Cheat"), which is integrated into games published or distributed by Badgerworks Studios.1. Purpose
The Badgerworks Anti-Cheat system exists to protect the integrity of online multiplayer gameplay, preserve fair competition, and protect the games online services. 2. Consent
By launching the game, you expressly consent for the Anti-Cheat to:- Verify the integrity of game files.
- Validate the game's runtime environment.
- Detect unauthorized modifications affecting gameplay.
- Detect known cheating or game-manipulation software.
- Monitor the game process and related components necessary to determine whether prohibited modifications are present.
- Communicate detection results with Badgerworks Studios' online services when required.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:- Use cheats, hacks, trainers, injectors, debuggers, automation software, or similar tools.
- Modify game memory or executable code.
- Circumvent or disable the Anti-Cheat.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or manipulate Anti-Cheat functionality.
- Use software intended to provide an unfair competitive advantage.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended gameplay advantage.
4. Enforcement
Confirmed violations can and will result in temporary or permanent suspension from all competitive game modes or all online multiplayer modes.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, LAUNCH, OR PLAY THE GAME.
