These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and IR8 Games ("we", "us") governing your use of STRIKEM. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use STRIKEM.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play. If you're a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, don't share your account, and don't impersonate others. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. License to Play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play STRIKEM for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the game or its content except as allowed by law.
4. Code of Conduct
To keep STRIKEM fair and fun, you agree not to:
Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, hacks, or exploits, or interfere with the game or its servers.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
Use offensive or impersonating usernames or chat, or spam or advertise.
Buy, sell, or transfer accounts or in-game items outside the game, or engage in fraud or chargebacks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
You're responsible for the usernames, messages, clan names, emblems, and other content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate STRIKEM. We may remove content or restrict features at our discretion.
6. Virtual Items & Currency
STRIKEM may include virtual currency (such as STRIKEM Coins), items, and boosts. These have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and are licensed to you for use within the game only. They cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. We may create, modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items and currency at any time.
7. Purchases
Any purchases of virtual items or currency are governed by these Terms and the terms of the platform or app store you buy through. Except where required by law or the applicable store's policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices and offerings may change.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to STRIKEM at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the game and its players. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. On termination, your license to play and any virtual items end.
9. Beta Notice
STRIKEM may be offered as a beta or early-access service. It may contain bugs, change frequently, or experience downtime, and progression or virtual items may be reset. We provide it "as is" during this period.
10. Disclaimers
STRIKEM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IR8 Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progression, or virtual items, arising from your use of STRIKEM. Our total liability for any claim relating to STRIKEM will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IR8 Games harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of STRIKEM or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update STRIKEM and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
