This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you and Battle of Plans ("we", "us"), the developer and operator of the game Battle of Plans and its related online services (the "Game"). By installing, launching or playing the Game you accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy (https://battleofplans.com/privacy). If you do not accept it, do not install or play the Game.

This Agreement is between you and us only. Valve Corporation is not a party to it and is not responsible for the Game. Your use of Steam remains governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement; if anything in this Agreement conflicts with the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Steam Subscriber Agreement prevails for Steam services.


You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to play. If you are under the age of majority you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission. By playing you confirm that you meet these requirements.


We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, resell or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly permits. All rights in the Game not expressly granted to you remain with us.


On Steam you sign in with your Steam account; no separate registration is required. Your game profile is linked to your Steam ID. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. You may delete your game account and its data at any time from Settings inside the Game, or at https://battleofplans.com/delete-account.


The Game is an online service and requires a working internet connection; there is no offline mode. Battles, defence plans, clans, chat, rankings and purchases are processed on our servers. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features or the Game itself, as described in section 8.


The Game includes virtual currencies (such as Gold and Gems) and virtual items (heroes, soldiers, skills, cosmetics and other content) ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed - not sold - to you for use within the Game. You do not own Virtual Items. We may manage, regulate, modify, balance or remove them, and we are not obliged to compensate you for unused Virtual Items if your account is closed or the Game is discontinued, except where the law requires.


In-game purchases in the Steam version (Gem packs, Golden Pass, Gem pass) are paid for with your Steam Wallet through Steam's in-game purchase system and are subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. The price and the content of each item are shown to you in the Steam confirmation window before the purchase is completed.

Golden Pass and the Gem pass are sold on Steam as single, fixed 30-day purchases. They do NOT renew automatically and no recurring payment is set up: when the 30 days end, the benefits stop unless you choose to buy again. Nothing is charged to you without a Steam confirmation.

Refunds for Steam purchases are handled by Valve under the Steam Refund Policy. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal under Turkish and EU consumer law - note that by starting to use digital content immediately you may lose that right.


Play fairly. Cheat software, bots, memory or network manipulation, exploits, third-party tools that give an unfair advantage, match-fixing and account boosting are prohibited and may lead to immediate and permanent suspension. Do not harass or threaten other players and do not use hate speech or abusive language.


The Game contains player-to-player chat and other player-created text (clan names and descriptions, player names, forum posts). You are responsible for what you submit. You keep ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it in order to operate the Game. You must not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual or abusive content. We filter, review and remove content and may restrict or ban accounts to keep the community safe. You can report and block other players inside the Game.


The Game is a live, evolving service. We may add, change or rebalance content (for example hero statistics, maps, the economy), and we may pause or discontinue features or the whole Game, with or without notice, to maintain the health of the service.


We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, harm other players or misuse the Game. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. On termination your licence ends and Virtual Items are forfeited, subject to applicable law.


What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy at https://battleofplans.com/privacy. The Game does not show advertising and does not collect an advertising identifier. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in section 3.


The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of Virtual Items or progress. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.


We may update this Agreement as the Game or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on our website and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
