BOKOBOKO STRIKE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Version 1.0
Effective: 2026-08-08

1. THIS AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between you and us, the developer and publisher of BokoBoko
Strike (the "Game"), and applies to your use of the Game. You accept it by
installing or playing the Game. If you do not accept it, do not install or
play the Game.

This Agreement is separate from the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which governs
your Steam account, your purchase and your refunds and applies alongside this
one.

2. YOUR LICENCE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install
and play the Game for your own non-commercial use.

You are buying a licence to use the Game, not ownership of it. The licence is
tied to the Steam account that owns it.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO WITH THE GAME

You may not copy or redistribute the Game's files without authorization, sell,
rent or transfer the Game, or reverse engineer, decompile or modify it.

This section does not prohibit anything applicable law permits you to do
regardless of an agreement such as this one.

4. CONTENT YOU CREATE

The Game includes features for creating your own content. You keep the rights
in what you create, and you may share it.

You promise that the content you create is yours to share.

You may not create or share content that:

- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, including
material copied from another game, film, or artist;
- attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national
origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability,
or age, or promotes hatred or violence against them;
- harasses, threatens, or is designed to intimidate a specific person;
- depicts a minor in a sexual manner;
- depicts real-world violence, or a real atrocity or tragedy, in a way
intended to glorify it;
- reveals another person's private information, such as their real name,
address, workplace, or contact details, without their consent;
- promotes or facilitates illegal activity, or contains malware, cheats,
or code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to a system; or
- is otherwise unlawful.

When you share content through the Game, you grant every player who receives
it a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, play, open, edit and share
it on through the Game.

When you share your content, you may apply a setting indicating that you do
not permit others to edit it. Content with that setting still transfers and
still plays normally; the setting means other players agree not to open, edit
or re-work it, and our tools respect it. We do not guarantee that the setting
is technically impossible to bypass.

How your content reaches other players matters:

(a) Content sent directly between players does not pass through our
servers. We do not host, monitor or control that content, and we are
not responsible for it. Each user is responsible for the content they
choose to share.

(b) Content distributed through Steam's own services passes through Steam,
and Steam's terms for those services apply to it, including how
copyright complaints are handled.

You allow us to use content you make public in screenshots, videos,
advertising, marketing and our store page.

5. CONDUCT

Do not cheat, hack, crack or otherwise tamper with the Game, or interfere with
other players' use of it.

In chat and any other communication feature, do not:

- attack or demean other players on the basis of race, ethnicity, national
origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability,
or age;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or repeatedly target another player, or
encourage others to do so;
- send sexual messages to a player who has not invited them, or any
sexual message to someone you know or believe to be a minor;
- post another person's private information without their consent;
- impersonate another player, us, or Steam;
- send spam, advertising, scams, phishing links, or links to malware; or
- post content that is unlawful.

We may remove access to communication features from a player who does these
things.

6. UPDATES

We may update the Game, and updates may change, add or remove content and
features. Content you created may stop working in a later version.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Game may contain errors. We do not warrant that it will run correctly in
every environment, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. LIABILITY

Except where the loss is caused by our intent or our gross negligence, we are
not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your
use of the Game. This limitation applies only to loss caused by ordinary
negligence.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded
or limited under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or other applicable
mandatory law.

9. REFUNDS

Refunds are handled under Steam's refund policy.

10. TERMINATION

If you materially breach this Agreement we may terminate your licence. On
termination you must stop using the Game.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may change this Agreement. If we do, we will update the effective date
shown at the top. The changed version applies to your continued use of the
Game.

12. IF PART OF THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of
it stays in force.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.

If a dispute arises between us and you in connection with the Game or this
Agreement, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the
exclusive court of first instance.

If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you the right to bring
proceedings in another court, that right is unaffected.
