This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and RaisinRiot ("Developer") for the software product "Raisin Sudoku" (the "Application").
By accepting this Agreement, you also acknowledge and agree to the following terms governing data logging, privacy, and use of the Application.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
3. DATA LOGGING AND PRIVACY
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the Application may collect, log, and transmit certain session data generated during your use of the Application for technical troubleshooting. The Application uses a privacy-first logging system:
a) Viewer usernames are cryptographically anonymized before logging.
b) Viewer chat messages are fully redacted and not stored.
c) The broadcaster's username is logged to identify the session.
d) Application error logs, connection states, and structural game events are logged.
4. TRANSMISSION OF DATA
You acknowledge that these anonymized diagnostic logs may be automatically transmitted securely to a private developer channel upon closure of the Application to assist with bug fixing. Logs are routinely deleted once issues are resolved.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY & PRIVACY POLICY
You, as the broadcaster, are solely responsible for ensuring your live stream complies with the Terms of Service of your connected platforms (e.g., Twitch, TikTok) and any applicable privacy laws. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Application.
