This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and owlbuff ("we", "us") and governs your use of Owlbuff Survivors (the "Game").
1. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. Steam Subscriber Agreement. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/). In case of conflict, the Steam Subscriber Agreement governs your relationship with Valve.
3. Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property. All content in the Game — including characters, artwork, code, audio, and the "owlbuff" name and logo — is owned by owlbuff or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
5. No Warranty. The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
6. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement.
