END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT — LICENSED, NOT SOLD
GameToolsAi ("the Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by Casama Software. You obtain no ownership, title, or property rights in the Software. This license is granted upon your acceptance of this agreement and may be revoked at any time per Section 12.
2. EARLY ACCESS STATUS
The Software is provided in Early Access. It may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, or performance issues. The Software may receive updates, improvements, or feature additions over time, or may be discontinued without reaching a full release version. Casama Software makes no guarantee that the Software will ever reach a final or stable release. By accepting this license, you acknowledge that you are using the Software as-is in its current development state.
3. USE OF SOFTWARE
You may install and use the Software on any number of devices you own for personal, non-commercial gaming optimization purposes.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code; (b) redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense; (c) remove or alter any copyright notices; (d) use for illegal purposes.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AS AN EARLY ACCESS PRODUCT, THE SOFTWARE MAY CONTAIN BUGS AND DEFECTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IS WITH YOU.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL CASAMA SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEM DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
7. TECHNOLOGY STACK
This Software is developed using Python and may be identified as "Python" by Windows Firewall, Task Manager, or other system tools. The Software may request network access through Windows Firewall for license verification, crash reporting, and updates. This is normal behavior and does not indicate a security risk.
8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
This Software uses third-party libraries including PySide6 (LGPL), Steamworks SDK, and others under their respective licenses.
9. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
10. UPDATES
The Software may receive automatic or manual updates, patches, and improvements at any time, or may never receive any updates. Updates may modify, add, or remove features and may affect system performance, compatibility, or functionality. Casama Software is not liable for any performance changes resulting from updates. There is no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, or support.
11. STEAM LICENSE VERIFICATION
The Software requires an active internet connection and a running Steam client to verify licensing via Steamworks at each launch. Ownership is checked through Steam's BIsSubscribedApp API. If the Steam account no longer holds a valid license (e.g., due to refund, chargeback, or revocation), the Software will refuse to start. No offline fallback or grace period is provided. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that continuous Steam connectivity is an unconditional requirement for using the Software.
12. LICENSE REVOCATION
Casama Software reserves the right to revoke or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause, by disabling the license key or revoking Steam entitlement. Upon revocation, you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Software. No refund will be provided for revoked licenses.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casama Software, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Software, violation of this agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Casama Software regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
17. NO WAIVER
Failure by Casama Software to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
18. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Software.
