This agreement is between you and KCederlund.dev ("we," "us") and covers your use of Syncline ("the Game").

1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal use. You're licensing the Game, not buying it — we keep ownership.

2. Ownership
Everything in the Game — code, art, audio, design — belongs to us or our licensors. This agreement doesn't give you rights to our trademarks or branding.

3. User-Generated Content
The Game supports player-made levels and mods, distributed through mod.io or similar platforms ("UGC"). UGC is made by other players, not us — we don't review, endorse, or take responsibility for it. Use it at your own risk. If you upload UGC, you keep ownership of it, but you're giving us and mod.io permission to host and distribute it alongside the Game. Don't upload UGC that infringes someone else's rights or breaks mod.io's content rules. If your UGC gets us into legal trouble (e.g. it infringes someone else's rights), you agree to cover the costs that result.

4. Restrictions
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or rip apart the Game except where the law says you're allowed to. Don't resell or redistribute it. Don't use it commercially without our written OK.

5. No Warranty
The Game is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it's bug-free or that it'll work perfectly on your setup.

6. Liability
If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at whatever you paid for the Game. We're not on the hook for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination
Break these terms and your license ends. If that happens, stop using the Game and delete your copies.

8. Updates
We may patch or update the Game, and future updates could come with additional terms.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Nothing in this agreement limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Severability
If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.

This agreement plus the Steam Subscriber Agreement is the whole deal between you and us regarding the Game.
