# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and **Pink Crescent LLC** ("Company", "we", "our", "us") regarding your use of the video game **Octavia’s Alienzzle** ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
## 1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement.
## 2. Ownership
The Game, including all code, artwork, music, sound effects, models, text, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by Pink Crescent LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or downloading the Game grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the Game or its assets.
## 3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
* Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
* Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
* Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
* Use cheats, hacks, bots, or software intended to interfere with normal gameplay.
* Use the Game in any unlawful manner.
## 4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your original content.
By uploading such content, you grant Pink Crescent Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and promote such content solely in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Game.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload.
## 5. Online Features
Certain features may require an internet connection or third-party services such as Steam.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of online services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue online functionality at any time.
## 6. Updates
We may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, balance changes, or new content at our discretion.
Some updates may be required to continue using online features.
## 7. Privacy
Your use of the Game may involve the collection of limited technical or gameplay information necessary for operation, analytics, crash reporting, or online functionality.

## 8. Third-Party Software
The Game may include or rely upon third-party software, middleware, libraries, or platform services that are subject to their own licenses and terms.
## 9. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Crescent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Game.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
## 11. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and remove all copies from your devices where required by applicable law.
## 12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to Pink Crescent LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
## 13. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
The latest version will apply upon publication together with any applicable notice where required by law.
