Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "EULA") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the game software SUPER GAHAKU (the "Game") provided by North Fox Games ("we," "us," or "our"), as well as the online multiplayer features, creation and customization features, screenshot and recording features, content, updates, and all other features and services related to the Game (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, downloading, launching, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this EULA.
■ Use by Minors
If you are a minor (a person who has not reached the age of majority under the laws of your country or region of residence), you must obtain the consent of your parent or other legal representative before purchasing or using the Service. By using the Service, a minor represents that such consent has been obtained where required by applicable law.

Section 1. License
1. This EULA applies to all users of the Service.
2. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use and play the Game on your own device for personal purposes.
3. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Game and its content belong to North Fox Games or their respective lawful owners. Nothing in this EULA transfers any such rights to you.
Section 2. Online Multiplayer
1. The Service includes online multiplayer features. You are responsible for preparing and maintaining the hardware, internet connection, network environment, external platform accounts, and other equipment or services necessary to use these features.
2. We do not guarantee that the Service will function correctly in every device, network, or system environment, or that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from bugs or errors.
Section 3. Epic Online Services and Unreal Engine
1. The Game uses Unreal Engine and Epic Online Services (EOS) provided by Epic Games, Inc. EOS may be used for authentication, account linking, creation, joining and management of online sessions, friend and player-related functions (including blocklists and recent-player functions), voice chat, achievement-related integrations, and other online functions.
2. Your use of external services may also be subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and the applicable policies of those service providers for further information.
3. To the extent that the Game or Service incorporates or relies upon Epic Materials or Epic Online Services, such materials and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or uninterrupted operation of such materials or services.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Games, Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, interruptions, delays, data loss, or other consequences arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Epic Materials or Epic Online Services.
5. Changes to, suspension, maintenance, interruption, or termination of Epic Online Services or other external services may affect or prevent access to certain features of the Service. Section 11 of this EULA applies to such circumstances.
6. Unreal Engine and other related trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.
Section 4. Online Community
1. Users are expected to cooperate in maintaining a healthy, friendly, and enjoyable environment for everyone using the Service.
2. The following activities are prohibited:
- Abusive behavior, defamation, threats, excessive harassment, severe insults, or discriminatory remarks;
- Impersonating another user, North Fox Games, or any third party;
- Deliberately obstructing other players' game progression, including intentional AFK behavior or malicious trolling;
- Soliciting, publishing, or distributing personal information;
- Commercial advertising, sales, solicitation, or other unauthorized commercial activity;
- Using the Service primarily for dating or romantic solicitation;
- Political or religious solicitation, promotion, or incitement.
3. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or other issues arising between users or between a user and a third party, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 5. User-Generated Content
1. The Service allows users to create content through features such as placing, cutting, transforming, and coloring objects, as well as customizing clothing and other elements (collectively, "UGC").
2. Three-dimensional UGC created during gameplay is temporary and is destroyed when the relevant session ends. Clothing settings and similar customization data may be saved locally or synchronized through Steam Cloud or other platform features. UGC is not permanently stored on our servers.
3. You must not create or use UGC that:
- Violates laws or public order and morals, or contains excessive sexual or obscene content, excessively graphic or violent content, discriminatory content, or hate speech;
- Impersonates or unlawfully reproduces real persons, organizations, companies, characters, brands, or other third-party intellectual property, or infringes another person's portrait, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- Contains threats, defamation, or content intended to make other players extremely uncomfortable or distressed.
4. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in UGC created by a user belong to that user or the applicable rights holder. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority, or have obtained the necessary permissions, for us to use your UGC within the scope permitted by this EULA.
5. We do not guarantee the permanent retention, restoration, or recovery of UGC or other user-created content.
6. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your UGC and images of your UGC for purposes such as introducing and promoting the Game, including on our official social media accounts, store pages, trailers, promotional materials, and community activities. We may make minor modifications to such content when reasonably necessary for these purposes. This license does not permit us to use your UGC for purposes unrelated to the introduction or promotion of the Game.
Section 6. Screenshots, Videos, Streaming, Monetization, and Social Media
1. We welcome users taking screenshots, recording gameplay videos, livestreaming gameplay, and sharing such content on social media, video-sharing services, and streaming platforms. Individuals and organizations may publish or stream gameplay content, including through ordinary platform monetization features such as advertising revenue, donations or tips, channel memberships, and gifting.
2. UGC created by users may depict or incorporate characters, designs, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties. We do not grant you any rights to such third-party intellectual property. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for external publication or distribution of your content. We do not recommend, endorse, or authorize the use of third-party intellectual property without appropriate rights. Section 5.3 of this EULA continues to apply.
3. You are responsible for complaints, disputes, claims, or damages arising from your external publication or distribution of content, except to the extent attributable to our actions or omissions.
4. You must not publish or distribute videos or other content that:
- Provides unauthorized access, cracking, or circumvention methods;
- Contains grossly offensive UGC;
- Knowingly contains false information intended to unjustly damage the reputation of the Game or North Fox Games.
5. Legitimate criticism, reviews, impressions, gameplay commentary, streaming, and verification of the Game are not prohibited by this provision.
Section 7. Bugs, Glitches, and Verification
1. Users may report, share, discuss, and verify bugs and glitches found in the Game.
2. Using bugs or unintended in-game behavior for testing, normal gameplay, experimentation, or other personal enjoyment is not, by itself, prohibited.
3. The following activities are prohibited:
- Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches to interfere with other users or seriously undermine fairness in multiplayer gameplay;
- Sharing or distributing specific methods that facilitate the use of cheat tools, unauthorized programs, unauthorized analysis methods, or attacks against servers or online services;
- Knowingly spreading false information about bugs or glitches for the purpose of obstructing the operation of the Service.
Section 8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
1. Violating laws, public order, or morals, or engaging in criminal activity or activity that facilitates criminal conduct;
2. Unauthorized access, interference with communications, attacks against servers or networks, unauthorized modification of programs, data, or network communications, decompilation, reverse engineering, cracking, or similar activities, except for behavior generated through normal operation of the Game and used for normal gameplay or verification;
3. Using, creating, distributing, selling, promoting, or otherwise facilitating cheats, bots, macros, automation tools, or unauthorized programs;
4. Unauthorized acquisition, modification, deletion, transfer, sale, or other improper handling of save data, achievements, or other Game data;
5. Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs for the purpose of interfering with other users, seriously compromising fairness in wins or answer counts, or seriously harming the operation, security, or stability of the Service;
6. Abuse, defamation, threats, excessive harassment, severe insults, discrimination, excessive taunting, or other nuisance behavior;
7. Impersonating another person or knowingly spreading false information;
8. Unjustifiably infringing upon the rights, interests, reputation, privacy, or other legitimate interests of another person or entity;
9. Unjustifiably interfering with the operation, provision, management, security, or use of the Service;
10. Any other conduct that violates applicable laws or public order and morals, or that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate.
Section 9. Measures for Violations and Refunds
1. If we determine that you have violated this EULA, reasonably suspect such a violation, receive a legitimate claim of infringement of a third party's rights, a deletion request, warning, or demand, or otherwise reasonably determine that action is necessary, we may, without prior notice, take measures including:
- Issuing a warning;
- Deleting, modifying, or hiding UGC, usernames, profiles, or publicly displayed information;
- Restricting some or all chat, voice chat, or online multiplayer functions;
- Restricting matchmaking;
- Deleting, modifying, or resetting save data, achievements, or other Game data where reasonably necessary;
- Suspending or terminating your use of the Service;
- Taking any other measures reasonably necessary to address violations or maintain a healthy and properly functioning Service.
2. We may review logs and technical information obtained or provided in connection with the Service when reasonably necessary to investigate violations or maintain the health and integrity of multiplayer functionality. However, we are not obligated to continuously monitor or investigate all user behavior or UGC, or to take individual corrective action in every case.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for damages or inconvenience arising from measures taken under this Section, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Refunds or compensation will not be provided except where required by applicable law. Refunds are governed by the applicable platform or seller, such as Steam.
4. If you violate this EULA or cause damage through improper means, we may seek compensation for such damage to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 10. Updates, Changes, and Data
1. We may update the Game or change its specifications without prior notice when reasonably necessary for purposes such as improving quality, fixing bugs, balancing gameplay, or maintaining the Service.
2. Save data or other Game data may become corrupted, lost, or reset due to failures of the Game, external services, communications, updates, patches, specification changes, maintenance, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent such issues and recover data where reasonably possible. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for such loss or corruption except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Game, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Section 11. Suspension, Changes, and Termination of the Service
1. We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service, including online multiplayer functionality, for operational, technical, business, or other reasonable reasons. This may include circumstances resulting from changes to, suspension of, or termination of external services.
2. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes, interruptions, or termination. However, advance notice may not be possible in emergencies or in the event of sudden changes to or termination of external services.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for damages arising from such changes, suspension, or termination except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Section 12. Handling of UGC and Rights Holder Requests
1. Three-dimensional UGC created during gameplay is not permanently stored on our servers. Accordingly, infringing content is generally not accumulated or retained on our servers over the long term.
2. If you believe that UGC infringes your rights, you may submit a legitimate claim through the North Fox Games Contact Page. After confirming the legitimacy of the claim, we will delete or hide the relevant content from platforms under our control where reasonably possible. For content published on external social media or video-sharing platforms, please use the reporting procedures provided by the relevant platform.
Section 13. Amendments and Governing Law
1. We may amend this EULA when reasonably necessary. Amendments may be announced through the Steam store page, Steam Community Hub, our official website, the Game, or other appropriate means. Amendments will take effect on the effective date specified in the relevant notice.
2. If an amendment materially and adversely affects users' rights or obligations, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.
3. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of North Fox Games shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Service.
4. This EULA is executed in the Japanese language. If a translated version of this EULA is prepared, the Japanese version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Japanese version and the translated version.
