Zone//Zero End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and OmniVibe, LLC ("OmniVibe," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon, USA limited liability company, governing your use of Zone//Zero (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the applicable storefront's terms (including Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement), OmniVibe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. OmniVibe and its development partners retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all code, art, audio, and design, and all intellectual property rights therein.

The Game includes an optional online leaderboard where you may submit your initials alongside your score. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry and to reset the leaderboard at our discretion.

We may release updates, patches, or content changes to the Game at any time and are under no obligation to support any particular version indefinitely.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Game is distributed through, and may rely on services provided by, third-party platforms (including Valve/Steam). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own separate terms and privacy policies, which apply in addition to this EULA.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIVIBE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OMNIVIBE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
9. Term & Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy (https://omnivibegames.com/games/zone-zero/privacy.html) and Terms & Conditions (https://omnivibegames.com/games/zone-zero/terms.html), constitutes the entire agreement between you and OmniVibe regarding the Game. If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

- Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), or unauthorized third-party tools with the Game, including to submit false leaderboard entries; or
- Use the Game in any way that violates applicable law.
