By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the Software, except where permitted by applicable law.

2. Live2D Models and User Content

The Software allows you to import and use your own Live2D models.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any models or other content imported into the Software.

You retain ownership of your own content. The Developer does not claim ownership of your Live2D models.

You may create and sell Live2D models intended for use with the Software, provided that you have the necessary rights to do so.

3. Logs and Diagnostics

The Software may generate local log files to help diagnose bugs, improve stability, and provide technical support.

Logs may contain information such as software operations, thread activity, window states, display information, and rendering status.

Log files are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to the Developer. If you contact us for support, you may voluntarily provide relevant log files for troubleshooting.

4. Updates

We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or new features. Features and functionality may change over time.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Software will always be error-free or compatible with every system, Live2D model, or third-party application.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.

6. Termination

If you materially breach this EULA, your license to use the Software may be terminated. Upon termination, you agree to remove all copies of the Software from your devices.
