END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement applies to Ooga Booga First Vegas, developed and published by Paper Pigeon Games.
By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to the terms below.
1. License
Paper Pigeon Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and play the game for non-commercial purposes.
The game is licensed, not sold.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, distribute, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the game, except where permitted by applicable law.
You may not use unauthorized cheats, exploits, or software that interferes with the game or its online features.
3. Ownership
All rights relating to the game, including its software, artwork, characters, music, audio, and other content, belong to Paper Pigeon Games or its licensors.
4. Updates and Online Features
Paper Pigeon Games may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game or its online features when necessary.
5. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is.” Paper Pigeon Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the game, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This agreement does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Termination
Your license may be terminated if you seriously violate this agreement. In that case, you must stop using the game.
7. Steam
Your use of the game through Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable Steam policies.
