1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and gorecki_game
("Developer", "we", "us") for Eleven Floors Down, including the game software,
updates, documentation and in-game content (the "Game").
By downloading, installing, launching or using the Game, you agree to this
Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
This Agreement does not replace the Steam Subscriber Agreement or any mandatory
consumer rights that apply to you.
2. License
Subject to this Agreement and the rules of the Steam platform, we grant you a
personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install
and play the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights that are
not expressly granted to you.
3. Ownership
The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, characters, names, logos, user
interface, generated assets and other content, is owned by gorecki_game or used
with permission. You may not copy, extract, reuse or redistribute Game assets
outside the Game except as allowed by this Agreement or by applicable law.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the Game;
copy or redistribute the Game except through Steam or a permitted backup made
by the platform;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Game except where
applicable law expressly allows it;
remove copyright, trademark or other ownership notices;
use the Game to create, distribute or promote cheats, malware or unauthorized
tools;
use the Game or its assets in a way that infringes rights, breaks the law or
misleads players about your relationship with gorecki_game or Steam.
5. Screenshots, Videos and Streaming
You may create and share screenshots, videos, livestreams and written coverage
of your own gameplay, including monetized videos or streams, as long as you do
not imply that they are official, do not redistribute the Game itself and do not
use extracted Game assets as a separate asset pack.
6. Saves, Achievements and Platform Services
The Game stores save data locally on your device. On Steam, the Game may use
Steam platform features such as achievements if they are enabled. Steam handles
Steam account and platform data under Valve's own terms and privacy policy.
The Game does not include custom analytics, advertising SDKs, multiplayer
networking or in-app purchases in the first-release build.
7. Updates and Changes
We may provide patches, updates or changes to the Game. Updates may change
features, balance, compatibility, save behavior or content. Some updates may be
required to continue using the Game through Steam.
8. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as
available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Game will
be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system or available forever.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable
consumer law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gorecki_game is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data,
loss of profits or loss of business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our
total liability for claims related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid
for the Game during the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your license ends
automatically if you materially breach this Agreement. After termination, you
must stop using the Game and delete any copies in your possession, except where
Steam or applicable law allows you to retain them.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory local
consumer protection laws give you additional rights.
