Publisher: Shanghai MagicCat Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("MagicCat")

1. License
Subject to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, MagicCat grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play this software for personal entertainment use.

2. Generative AI and Online Features
This game incorporates generative AI technologies for packaged audiovisual content and optional in-game features.
Packaged assets—including character art, livestream dance clips, and selected original music—are created by the developer using generative AI tools and pipelines under the developer's control. Depictions of streamers and other characters are fictional and do not represent real people.
Optional online features may use third-party large language model (LLM) and image-generation APIs to produce chat replies and player-requested images. You are granted non-exclusive rights to images you generate through the game for personal and commercial use, subject to responsible usage guidelines, the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and this Agreement. You must not use these features to create illegal content, content involving minors in a sexual context, real-person likenesses without rights, or copyrighted / trademarked characters.

3. Ownership
The software, trademarks (including MagicCat and Whale Simulator), and developer-created content remain the property of MagicCat or its licensors. Third-party AI services remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer
This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Termination
MagicCat may terminate this license if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must cease use and delete local copies of the software as required by Steam and applicable law.

6. Governing Documents
Your use of Steam is also governed by Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement. If there is a conflict regarding Steam platform terms, Valve's terms control for platform matters.
