END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "Download" or "Play" button, or using Alia Domus ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.
1. License Grant
The Creator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices compatible with the Software.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of the Creator or its affiliates.
Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Creator. This Agreement does not transfer any title or ownership of the Software to you.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Creator. The Creator may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Creator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Creator expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Creator's country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
