GRIM REACH — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User")
and Hearthforge Studio ("Licensor") for the video game "Grim Reach" ("Game"). By installing
or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by the Steam Subscriber
Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/). If you do not agree, do
not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install
and use the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or
control, in accordance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Game
except as expressly permitted by Steam; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) modify, adapt
or create derivative works of the Game; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use
the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are and remain the property of Licensor
and its licensors. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights in the Game.
4. EARLY ACCESS
The Game is offered as an Early Access title. It is a work in progress and may contain bugs,
incomplete features, and content that may change or be removed. Features, content, balance and
availability may change during development.
5. SAVE DATA
Save data is stored locally and, where enabled, synchronized via Steam Cloud. Licensor is not
responsible for lost or corrupted save data.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA,
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability
that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically if
you fail to comply with its terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [LAND/GERICHTSSTAND EINSETZEN, z. B. Germany],
without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory
consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
