1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Ultradimensional ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or play the Game.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Vypxr Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license grants only the right to use the Game and does not transfer ownership of the Game or any of its contents.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to software, code, artwork, models, textures, animations, audio, music, writing, level designs, logos, trademarks, and other assets, are owned by Vypxr Studios and/or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
• Use the Game for commercial purposes except as expressly permitted under Section 6 (Content Creation and Streaming).
• Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, or otherwise distribute the Game or any part of it.
• Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute game assets outside of the Game.
• Extract, unpack, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access or obtain the Game's source code, assets, or proprietary files, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Use any game assets, artwork, audio, models, textures, code, or other content in your own projects without prior written permission from Vypxr Studios.
• Remove, alter, or conceal copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
• Circumvent or interfere with any security, protection, or access-control measures implemented in the Game.
5. Modifications and Mods
The Game does not support or permit user-created modifications ("mods").
You may not modify, alter, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise change any part of the Game, its files, assets, code, or content without prior written permission from Vypxr Studios.
The creation, use, distribution, promotion, or sharing of mods, modified game files, asset packs, cheats, trainers, or other unauthorized alterations is prohibited.
6. Content Creation and Streaming
Players may create, share, stream, and monetize videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, commentary, and other entertainment content featuring gameplay from the Game.
This permission does not extend to the redistribution of game files, extraction of assets, creation of mods, or any other activity prohibited by these Terms.
By publicly sharing such content, you grant Vypxr Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, feature, display, and archive that content for promotional, marketing, community, and informational purposes. Ownership of the original content remains with the creator.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vypxr Studios disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vypxr Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
In no event shall Vypxr Studios' total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.
9. Termination
Vypxr Studios may suspend or terminate your license to use the Game if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Game and destroy any unauthorized copies in your possession.
10. Changes to These Terms
Vypxr Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be made available through appropriate channels. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Vypxr Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
