END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "[TheCollector]"

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This EULA is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and [Dragon Mirror Studio] ("Licensor," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the game software (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by all terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1 Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
1.2 The Game is provided to you for free, but this license does not constitute a transfer of ownership. All rights in the Game remain with Licensor.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You shall not, and shall not attempt to:
(a) Commercial Use: Use the Game for any commercial purpose without Licensor's express written consent.
(b) Copying and Distribution: Copy (except for backup or installation purposes), distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game.
(c) Modification and Reverse Engineering: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
(d) Cheating and Disruption: Create, develop, distribute, or use any unauthorized third-party software, cheats, scripts, or mods that disrupt the Game.
(e) Infringement: Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon third-party rights.
(f) Circumvention of Security: Remove, disable, circumvent, or modify any proprietary notices or security technologies in the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All right, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to titles, code, themes, objects, characters, stories, dialogue, artwork, music, audiovisual effects, and related documentation) are owned by Licensor or its licensors.
3.2 The Game is protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and other applicable laws.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
4.1 If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share UGC, you hereby grant Licensor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and perform such UGC for any purpose related to the Game, including commercial marketing.
4.2 You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights in the UGC to grant the foregoing license, and that such UGC does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Licensor may issue Updates from time to time. You agree that Licensor may remotely install such Updates without further notice. You may be required to install Updates to continue using the Game.
6. FREE-TO-PLAY OPERATION
6.1 The Game is provided free of charge. Licensor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice or liability.
6.2 Licensor may introduce in-game purchases or paid content in the future. Any such changes will be announced in the Game or on the store page in advance.
7. MONITORING AND DATA COLLECTION
7.1 Licensor and its partners may monitor Game usage to ensure compliance with this EULA and to improve services.
7.2 Licensor may collect anonymous data regarding your hardware, software, and game sessions for analytical purposes, governed by our [Privacy Policy Link].
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
8.1 THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE, NOR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
SINCE THE GAME IS PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE, IN ANY EVENT, LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY) SHALL BE ZERO (0.00).
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of this EULA, your use of the Game, or your UGC.
11. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
Licensor reserves the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated version. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by permanently deleting and uninstalling all Game files from your systems.
12.2 Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game. Sections that should survive termination (including Ownership, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability) shall survive.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This EULA shall be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity you registered in Steamworks.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.
