Effective date: June 29, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to Market Panic, including any demo, updates, patches, and related digital content provided through Steam (the "Game").

By installing, launching, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.


Pixiliated grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own personal entertainment through Steam.

You do not own the Game. The Game is licensed to you.


You may not:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
  
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by applicable law;
  
• remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
  
• use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or Steam's rules;
  
• use the Game or its assets to create misleading, infringing, or unauthorized products.

Market Panic, the Market Panic logo, game assets, music, text, design, code, and related content are owned by Pixiliated or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


Market Panic is a fictional strategy game for entertainment purposes only.

The Game does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Any markets, assets, companies, crises, clients, scenarios, or events shown in the Game are fictional or simulated. Nothing in the Game should be used to make real-world investment or financial decisions.


The Game may store settings, save data, progress, and preferences locally on your device and/or through Steam features if enabled. Deleting local files, uninstalling the Game, or changing Steam settings may remove this data.


The Game may receive updates, patches, balance changes, bug fixes, or content changes. Some features may change over time.


The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixiliated disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixiliated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Game.


This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
