This agreement is a simple contract between you ("Player") and Ok Soysauce ("Developer") regarding your use of the video game Ashes of Alice and its underlying framework, the Rosé Game Engine (collectively, the "Software").

Ok Soysauce grants you a personal, non-commercial license to install and play the game. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED"
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in Ashes of Alice are owned entirely by Ok Soysauce. You acknowledge that the game is built upon the Rosé Game Engine, a highly customized, proprietary architectural framework owned exclusively by Ok Soysauce. The engine, its systems, and its codebase are strictly protected intellectual property. All Rights Reserved.
