END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the creator of Hex Clash ("Developer") regarding your use of the game Hex Clash ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer or assign this Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Developer.
3. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software belong to the Developer.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Developer disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
By playing Hex Clash, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
