These Guidelines set forth our policies and rules regarding streaming, fan-created content, and online play to ensure that everyone can enjoy PHANTOM TAG: MANIFEST (the “Game”) safely and comfortably. Please review these Guidelines together with our Privacy Policy and the terms of service of the relevant platforms (such as Steam®).

For Individual Users
•You may stream or upload gameplay content without prior notice to us.

•No reporting of revenue is required.

•The Game software (the “Software”) and DLC are provided under a license and do not constitute ownership.
•The Game does not sell gameplay-affecting items or in-game currency.
•We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software, DLC, or related service conditions at any time as necessary.

An internet connection is required to play the Game. Communication and network fees are the responsibility of the user.

Prohibited Conduct
To ensure that all users can enjoy the Game safely and fairly, the following conduct is prohibited.
Although the Game does not include a chat function and therefore is not expected to generate in-game verbal abuse issues, the following actions that significantly impair the gameplay experience of others are strictly prohibited.
Intentional or Frequent Disconnections
Disconnecting during a briefing or battle reduces the number of remaining teammates and can significantly lower a team's chances of winning. Intentional disconnections, as well as frequent disconnections caused by inadequate network environments, may be treated as disruptive behavior.
Harassment of Other Players
Accounts reported by a significant number of players across multiple matches and exceeding established thresholds may become subject to investigation.
Other Prohibited Activities
•Modification of the Game
•Use of unauthorized tools or cheats
•Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or similar issues
•Sale, transfer, assignment, or other disposition of game accounts or usage rights
•Misuse of personal information learned through the Game
•Actions that damage the reputation, rights, or interests of the Company or third parties
•Violations of laws or public order and morals
•Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company

Investigations and Account Actions
To maintain a fair and enjoyable gameplay environment, we may investigate suspected violations of these Guidelines through game logs, anti-cheat systems, and other measures.
All match logs are recorded and monitored on our servers. If the system detects activity that would normally be impossible through legitimate gameplay, including unusually high performance metrics, abnormal use of skills or items, alteration of character parameters, abnormally short match durations, highly irregular match results (such as extreme win rates), or unusual item acquisition patterns (such as atypical gacha usage histories), automated detection systems and manual investigations may be conducted. Cases confirmed to be legitimate gameplay outcomes will not be subject to penalties.
For anti-cheat and security reasons, we do not disclose investigation methods, criteria, or thresholds. If a violation is confirmed, or if otherwise deemed necessary, we may impose disciplinary measures including account suspension or bans following manual review.
Types of Penalties
Penalties are determined based on the nature, severity, circumstances, and prior penalty history of the violation and may range from temporary suspensions (e.g., 1 week, 30 days, or 90 days) to permanent account bans.
Cheating and Serious Abuse
Use of cheats or other unauthorized third-party tools will result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
Intentional exploitation of bugs or glitches may also result in severe penalties.
Checking Penalty Status
Users subject to penalties may review their current account status, including ban status and any scheduled lifting time, on the Game’s title screen.
Temporary suspensions will be automatically lifted once the specified suspension period has expired.

We generally do not intervene in disputes between users that occur on social media platforms, Discord, or other communication services outside the Game.
