BOMB FARM(TM) — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

======================================================================
PART I — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
======================================================================

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) — BOMB FARM™

Effective date: July 16, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "User", or "Player") and STREAM ON SERVIÇOS E INFORMAÇÕES LTDA., a company organized under the laws of Brazil, with offices in São Caetano do Sul, State of São Paulo, Brazil ("Stream On", "we", "us", or "our"), developer and operator of the video game BOMB FARM™ (the "Game").

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
1.1. The Game is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game and make purchases or trade Virtual Items only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Agreement on your behalf and is responsible for your activity. For users in the EU/EEA, the minimum age corresponds to the digital-consent age set by the law of your country of residence (between 13 and 16); below that age, a parent or guardian must provide consent. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

1.2. Access to the Game requires a valid Steam account. You log in through Steam; your use of Steam is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/) and Valve's policies.

1.3. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account, consistent with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. License Grant
2.1. Subject to your continuing compliance with this Agreement, Stream On grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Stream On.

2.2. You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the Game; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3. Virtual Items and In-Game Content
3.1. The Game includes virtual items, heroes, equipment, chests, in-game currency (such as Gold and Gems), and other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). In-game currency is obtained through gameplay and is not sold by Stream On for real money.

3.2. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and are not your property. You receive only a limited license to use them within the Game. Stream On assigns no monetary value to Virtual Items, does not sell them for money, and does not redeem them for cash. Any price a Virtual Item may have on the Steam Community Market results solely from transactions between players on Steam and is not set, endorsed, or guaranteed by Stream On. Virtual Items are not currency, securities, or a financial instrument or investment.

3.3. Chests and other randomized containers are obtained through gameplay only. Stream On does not sell randomized chests or Virtual Items for money.

3.4. Where the Game supports it, you may trade or sell certain Virtual Items with other players through the Steam Community Market and Steam trading, subject to Steam's rules. Such transactions occur strictly between players and through Steam. Stream On is not a party to them, does not set or guarantee prices, and is not responsible for them.

3.5. To the extent permitted by law, we may modify, suspend, remove, reset, or revoke Virtual Items — including for game balancing, security, technical reasons, or enforcement of this Agreement (see Section 5). This power applies to Virtual Items obtained through gameplay and does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding paid DLC you have already purchased.

3.6. Virtual Items and in-game currency obtained through gameplay (free of charge) may be adjusted, expire, or be reset for balancing, security, or technical reasons. Any Virtual Item or currency you may in the future acquire through a paid transaction will be treated in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not be arbitrarily expired without reasonable prior notice.

4. Purchases and DLC
4.1. The Game is free to play. We may offer optional paid downloadable content ("DLC") and other purchases, processed through Steam.

4.2. All purchases are made through Steam and are subject to Steam's payment, billing, and refund policies. Refund requests are submitted to and processed by Steam. Where the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) grants you a right of withdrawal, we honor it; for purchases made through Steam, you exercise it via Steam's refund process. Contact us at Contato@streamon.com.br if you need help with a refund request.

4.3. Except where a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund applies under law — in which case that right prevails — Virtual Items and in-game currency are non-refundable and are forfeited upon valid termination of your account for cause (Section 5).

5. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat, and Enforcement
5.1. You agree not to: use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, macros, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; tamper with the Game client, servers, or economy; engage in fraud; conduct real-money trading outside the official Steam systems; buy, sell, or share accounts; or otherwise act in a way that harms other players or the integrity of the Game.

5.2. If we determine, acting reasonably and in good faith and based on a proportionate assessment of the available evidence, that you have violated this Section, we may take proportionate enforcement action, which may include: suspending or terminating your account; restricting your account from selling or trading Virtual Items; and removing, flagging, or resetting the Virtual Items obtained through, or used to commit, the violation and making them ineligible for trading or Steam Community Market transactions, in coordination with Steam's systems and rules.

5.3. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of the enforcement action and the general reason for it. In cases involving an imminent threat to security, fraud, or the integrity of the Game, we may act immediately and notify you afterward.

5.4. You may contest an enforcement decision by contacting Contato@streamon.com.br, and you may request human review of any decision that restricts trading or removes Virtual Items. If we determine that action was taken in error, we will restore your account and affected Virtual Items where technically feasible.

5.5. Enforcement is targeted and proportionate: removal of Virtual Items under this Section is directed at the Virtual Items obtained by means of, or used to commit, the violation (the ill-gotten gains), and not at unrelated Virtual Items you obtained legitimately. In exceptional cases of severe, repeated, or systemic fraud, broader measures may apply where proportionate and permitted by law. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable consumer right regarding paid DLC under Steam's refund policy or the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

6. User Conduct and Submissions
You agree not to harass other users, post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content, or disrupt the service. Any feedback, ideas, or content you submit to us may be used by Stream On without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content — including artwork, characters, music, software, and the BOMB FARM™ name and logo — are owned by Stream On and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Data and Privacy
To operate the Game, we collect and store data — including data associated with your Steam login and your game progress and inventory — on our own servers and platform. Stream On acts as the data controller for this data. Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, presented in Part II of this document, below.

9. Online Service, Availability, and Changes
9.1. The Game is an online service that depends on our servers and on Steam. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game — including Virtual Items and features — at any time, subject to Section 9.2. We do not guarantee that the Game or any Virtual Item will remain available indefinitely.

9.2. If we decide to permanently discontinue the online service or the Game as a whole, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to give players advance notice (where reasonably practicable, at least 30 days) through the Game or Steam. With respect to paid DLC you have already purchased, we will handle any refund or continued access in accordance with applicable consumer law and Steam's policies, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights. This Section 9.2 does not apply to the individual suspension, removal, or revocation of access or Virtual Items resulting from enforcement under Section 5.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure.

10.2. Nothing in this Section affects the statutory warranties and consumer rights that apply to paid products and services under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (including the legal warranty against defects), which remain fully applicable. The "as is" and "as available" disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stream On shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11.2. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any matter arising out of or relating to the Game shall be limited to the total amount you paid to us (via Steam) for the Game and DLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3. Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or other mandatory law, including liability for defects in the product or service.

12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable expenses that Stream On incurs as a direct result of (a) your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Game, (b) your cheating or circumvention of anti-cheat or economy controls, or (c) content you submitted that infringes third-party rights or violates law. This Section does not apply to the extent prohibited by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or other mandatory law.

13. Force Majeure
Stream On is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including failures or changes of the Steam platform or Valve services, hosting or internet outages, cyber-attacks, or acts of government or nature. This Section does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

14. Term and Termination
This Agreement applies until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach (Section 5). You may stop using the Game at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 3.2, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, and 18 — will survive.

15. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in advance through the Game or Steam, with reasonable prominence. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights in paid DLC you have already purchased. If you do not agree with a material change, you may stop using the Game; for paid content already acquired, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future use.

16. Dispute Resolution and Support
If you have a problem or complaint, please first contact us at Contato@streamon.com.br; we will acknowledge your message within a reasonable period and seek a good-faith resolution. You may also use Brazilian consumer channels such as the platform consumidor.gov.br. Nothing in this Agreement limits your right to bring a claim before the competent courts or consumer-protection bodies, including the Special Civil Courts (Juizados Especiais).

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where a consumer resides. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of domicile, as guaranteed by Article 101, I of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or equivalent mandatory law. For any dispute not involving a consumer, the parties elect the courts of the District (Comarca) of São Caetano do Sul, State of São Paulo, Brazil.

This Agreement governs your relationship with Stream On regarding the Game. Your use of Steam itself is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's policies, which control as between you and Valve.

18. Intellectual Property Complaints (Notice and Takedown)
If you believe content in the Game infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at Contato@streamon.com.br with sufficient detail to identify the content and your rights. We will review and act on valid notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, Law No. 12.965/2014).

19. Inactive Accounts
We may archive or remove data associated with accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (for example, 24 months), in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not confiscate paid DLC you have purchased solely due to inactivity.

20. Export Controls
You agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws in your use of the Game, and you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a country or region subject to applicable embargoes that would prohibit your use of the Game.

21. Miscellaneous
21.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
21.2. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stream On regarding the Game.
21.3. Stream On may assign this Agreement; you may not assign it without our consent.
21.4. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

PART II — PRIVACY POLICY

PRIVACY POLICY — BOMB FARM™

Effective date: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how STREAM ON SERVIÇOS E INFORMAÇÕES LTDA. ("Stream On", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you play BOMB FARM™ (the "Game"). For the purposes of data-protection law, Stream On is the data controller. Your use of the Game is also governed by our EULA.

Contact / Data Protection Officer (Encarregado): Contato@streamon.com.br — São Caetano do Sul / SP, Brazil. You may contact us for any privacy matter or to exercise your rights.

1. Data We Collect
- Steam account data: when you log in through Steam, we receive your Steam ID and basic public profile information provided by Steam (such as your display name and avatar). We never receive your Steam password.
- Game data: your progress, statistics, settings, inventory, and Virtual Items (as defined in the EULA, including in-game currency such as Gold and Gems), and your in-game activity — stored on our servers/platform.
- Technical and usage data: IP address (which may indicate your approximate, city-level location), device identifiers, operating system and game-client version, and session, gameplay, and event logs, used for operation, security, and anti-cheat.
- Purchase data: records of DLC and other purchases, processed and provided through Steam. We do not receive or store full payment-card data.

2. How and Why We Use Your Data
We process your data to: (a) provide and save your game; (b) operate online features, trading, and rankings; (c) detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse, and enforce our EULA — which may include restricting trading on the marketplace or removing Virtual Items, and may involve partially automated detection (you may request human review — see Section 8); (d) provide support; (e) maintain, analyze, and improve the Game; (f) comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (LGPD / GDPR)
We rely on the following legal bases, by purpose:
- (a) Performance of the contract (EULA) — to provide, save, and operate the Game, trading, and rankings (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b));
- (b) Legitimate interests — to detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse, and to secure and improve the Game; our interest is protecting game integrity and other players, balanced against your rights (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f));
- (c) Compliance with legal obligations — tax, consumer, and record-keeping duties (LGPD art. 7, II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c));
- (d) Consent — where specifically requested, e.g., certain analytics (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Sharing of Data
We share data with: Valve / Steam (login, purchases, and trading) — Valve acts as an independent controller for your Steam account under Valve's own privacy policy; our hosting, infrastructure, and anti-cheat providers, which act as our data processors under written data-processing agreements; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers
We may transfer and store data outside Brazil and the EU/EEA, including to providers in other countries. For such transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards — namely the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and, for Brazil, the standard clauses approved by the ANPD), an adequacy decision where one applies, or another lawful transfer mechanism under the LGPD and GDPR. A copy of the relevant safeguards is available on request.

6. Data Retention
We keep your game data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Transaction and tax records are kept for the periods required by law (typically up to 5 years under Brazilian tax/consumer rules). Anti-cheat and security logs are kept for up to 12 months. After the applicable period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

7. Children and Minors
The Game is intended for users 13 years of age or older. In Brazil, the processing of a minor's (under 18) personal data is carried out in their best interest and, where based on consent, requires consent from a parent or legal guardian (LGPD art. 14). In the EU/EEA, where we rely on consent and you are below the digital-consent age applicable in your country (between 13 and 16, depending on the Member State; 16 where not lowered), such consent must be given or authorized by a parent or guardian (GDPR art. 8). We do not knowingly collect personal data from users below these thresholds without the required authorization; contact us to remove it.

8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, anonymize, or port your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to obtain information about the entities with which we share your data, and the right not to be subject to decisions taken solely on automated processing that significantly affect you — including the right to request human review of anti-cheat enforcement decisions that restrict trading or remove Virtual Items (LGPD arts. 18 and 20; GDPR arts. 15–22). We respond free of charge, normally within 15 days (LGPD) or one month (GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), https://www.gov.br/anpd; in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact Contato@streamon.com.br. Some data is managed by Steam under Valve's own privacy policy, which applies to your Steam account.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
The Game and any related web pages may use cookies or similar technologies and third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, and security/anti-cheat. Where required by law, we will identify these tools and request your consent for non-essential cookies and analytics before they are used; you can withdraw consent at any time. A current list of our processors and SDKs is available on request.

10. Security and Incident Notification
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in risk or relevant harm to you, we will notify the competent authority (the ANPD in Brazil within a reasonable time, and the relevant EU supervisory authority within 72 hours where the GDPR applies) and notify affected users, as required by LGPD art. 48 and GDPR arts. 33–34.

11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable prior notice through the Game or Steam before they take effect and, where the change requires it, ask for your renewed consent. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision.
