This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and WANYI GAMES LIMITED (“Developer”) regarding your use of the game Survive the Horde (“Game”).

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.



1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the Game or any of its content.



2. Restrictions

You may not:

* Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the Game except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
* Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
* Remove copyright notices or trademarks;
* Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game or its online services;
* Use the Game in any unlawful manner.



3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including but not limited to software, code, artwork, audio, characters, trademarks, and other content, are owned by WANYI GAMES LIMITED and its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.



4. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows users to submit feedback, screenshots, videos, or other content, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for purposes related to the Game and its promotion.



5. Online Features

Certain features of the Game may require an internet connection. Online services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The Developer is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, network failures, or force majeure events.



6. Early Access Notice

Survive the Horde is an Early Access title and remains under active development. Features, content, game balance, and performance may change over time.

Save files, progression, and game systems may be modified during development.



7. No Warranty

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.



8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WANYI GAMES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.



9. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

The Developer may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and remove all copies in your possession.



10. Changes to this Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.



11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to WANYI GAMES LIMITED, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acceptance

By installing or using Survive the Horde, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
