1.2 You may not sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer any rights granted under this Agreement to any third party.
1.3 The license to use the Program belongs solely to the user who purchased or obtained the Program; trading of game copies or accounts is prohibited.
2. Updates & Patches
2.1 The development team may release patches, content expansions and version updates at any time to fix bugs, expand storylines and optimize visuals; all updated content shall also be governed by this Agreement.

3. Third-Party Platform Access
3.1 The Program is distributed via third-party game platforms such as Steam. You must log into the corresponding third-party platform account for startup and license verification.
3.2 When using third-party platforms, you must comply with the platform’s own user agreement. Disputes related to third-party platform services shall be borne solely by the platform operator, and our development team shall not be held jointly liable.
3.3 The Program has regional activation restrictions and may only be used in the region designated at the time of purchase. Cross-region activation may render the Program unlaunchable.
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
4.1 All intellectual property rights of the Program, including texts, art, animations, music, storylines, source code, characters, logos and worldbuilding settings, are fully owned by the development team and protected by national copyright laws and international copyright conventions worldwide.
4.2 This Agreement only grants a license to play the Program; no transfer of intellectual property ownership occurs.
4.3 For any act of intellectual property infringement, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access license, claim full compensation for all economic losses, and take all legal measures including litigation and platform complaints.
5. Prohibited Conduct
While using the Program, you are strictly forbidden to perform the following acts:
① Unauthorized copying, extraction, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, modification, tampering, translation or extraction of all or part of the Program’s code and assets;

③ Commercial use of the Program in internet cafes, exhibition halls, paid live streaming, offline events without prior written consent from the team;
④ Creation of paid derivative works, paid live shows or offline events using game characters and plot without written permission; free sharing among family and friends is exempted;
⑤ Exploiting game bugs and vulnerabilities for profit, public dissemination or deliberately ruining other players’ experience;
⑥ Creating or distributing cheats, trainers, save editors or tools that disrupt normal game operation;
⑦ Any other conduct that harms the team’s intellectual property and commercial interests.
6. Termination
6.1 You may terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time by uninstalling the Program.
6.2 If you breach any clause of this Agreement, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your license unilaterally. You must immediately delete and uninstall the Program and destroy all copies of game assets in your possession.

You shall comply with all import, export and cultural content laws and regulations of your country or region, and shall not transmit or distribute the Program to regions subject to trade embargoes or sanctions.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 The Program is provided "as-is". The development team does not guarantee bug-free operation, stable performance or full compliance with your gameplay expectations.
8.2 Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our team, we shall not be liable for any equipment damage, data loss or indirect losses incurred during your use of the Program.
8.3 If losses are caused by our negligence, total compensation shall not exceed the full amount you paid to obtain the Program.
9. Agreement Revision
The development team may update this Agreement via store pages or in-game announcements. If revised terms are disadvantageous to users, updated contents will be publicly announced in advance.
10. Supplementary Special Statements
10.1 All countries, factions, institutions, characters and historical conflicts in this game are entirely fictional alternate-world creations, and they do not reference, allegorize or correspond to any real-world countries, organizations, historical figures or real events.
10.2 Our team is a student independent development team. All localized multi-language voiceovers in the game are AI-generated. We will replace them with human voice acting once we secure sufficient funding in the future. Partial animations use AI model frame interpolation technology.
10.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the developers’ region. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or litigation. If any single clause is ruled invalid, all remaining clauses shall remain fully enforceable.
