NEURAL SOUL — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
BY INSTALLING OR USING NEURAL SOUL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Wistfuldog ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
limited license to install and use Neural Soul ("Software") solely for
your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own
or control.

2. OWNERSHIP
Neural Soul and all associated content — including but not limited to
source code, graphics, audio, animations, characters, and game design —
are the exclusive intellectual property of Wistfuldog.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
(a) Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software or any part thereof;
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
(c) Modify the Software or create derivative works based on it;
(d) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

4. CONTENT CREATOR AND STREAMER RIGHTS
Wistfuldog encourages creative expression and community engagement.
You are expressly permitted to:
(a) Stream, broadcast, or record gameplay footage of Neural Soul on any
platform (including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok,
and bilibili) for entertainment or promotional purposes;
(b) Create and publish video content, reviews, tutorials, or commentary
featuring Neural Soul to promote your own channel or brand;
(c) Create fan art, illustrations, or other artistic works inspired by
Neural Soul characters and content for non-commercial purposes;
Fan art and derivative works created by users remain the intellectual property of
their respective creators. Wistfuldog claims no ownership over user-created fan
content.
(d) Monetize your streams or videos that feature Neural Soul through
platform ad revenue, channel memberships, or donations,
provided that Neural Soul itself is not the product being sold.
The following restrictions apply to creator content:
- You may NOT sell or commercially license Neural Soul assets
(characters, graphics, audio) as standalone products.
- You may NOT use Neural Soul content in a way that implies
official endorsement by Wistfuldog without prior written consent.

5. MICROPHONE AND SCREEN CAPTURE
Neural Soul may access your microphone and capture screen content to
enable certain features (e.g., voice-reactive animations, screen capture).
(a) All audio processing is performed locally on your device.
No audio data is transmitted to external servers by Wistfuldog.
(b) Screen capture data is used solely within the Software and is
not stored or shared by Wistfuldog.
(c) By enabling these features, you consent to this local processing.

6. STEAM WORKSHOP AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Neural Soul supports Steam Workshop, allowing users to upload and share
content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree that:
(a) You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
(b) You may not upload content that contains malicious code,
infringes on third-party intellectual property, or violates
Steam's Subscriber Agreement.
(c) Wistfuldog reserves the right to moderate, remove, or ban
any Workshop content or users at its sole discretion.
(d) Wistfuldog is NOT responsible for User Content created or uploaded
by other users.

7. ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS AND BANS DISCLAIMER
Neural Soul utilizes transparent window overlays to display avatars
and stickers on top of your screen.
(a) You acknowledge that certain third-party games with strict
anti-cheat software (e.g., Vanguard, Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye)
may incorrectly flag overlay applications as unauthorized or
malicious software.
(b) It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using Neural Soul
does not violate the terms of service of any other games or
software you run concurrently.
(c) Wistfuldog shall NOT be held liable for any account suspensions,
bans, or penalties you may incur in third-party games or platforms
as a result of using this Software.

8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
This Software includes third-party open-source components licensed
under MIT, BSD 3-Clause, Apache 2.0, SIL OFL, and other licenses.
Full attribution and license texts are available in the
ThirdPartyLicenses.txt file included with the Software.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
WISTFULDOG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WISTFULDOG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE
WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
WISTFULDOG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS
SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.

11. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this
license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any
of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software
and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
