END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: June 24, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to RobotAssembly, including its updates, downloadable content, and related software (collectively, the “Game”), provided by OneKick Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
The Game is licensed, not sold. All ownership rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Game remain with the Company or their respective rights holders.
2. Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
1. Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
2. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game;
3. Circumvent or interfere with security features or technological protection measures;
4. Manipulate the Game or save data to obtain an unfair or unauthorized advantage;
5. Use the Game in a way that disrupts its normal operation or the experience of other users; or
6. Infringe the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of the Company or any third party.
Nothing in this Agreement restricts any right that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
3. Updates and Early Access
The Company may update, modify, add, remove, or rebalance features, content, interfaces, systems, and other parts of the Game for maintenance, development, security, or operational purposes.
During an Early Access period, the Game may contain unfinished features, errors, balance issues, or incomplete content. Features and content may change substantially before the final release.
Updates may change the format or compatibility of existing save data. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when an update is expected to cause a significant compatibility issue.
4. Save Data and Steam Cloud
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your computer or synchronized through Steam Cloud.
Save data may be lost, corrupted, overwritten, or become unavailable because of network failures, synchronization conflicts, hardware failures, file corruption, user actions, software updates, or other technical causes.
You are responsible for maintaining separate backups of any save data that you consider important. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not guarantee the permanent preservation or successful recovery of save data.
5. Third-Party Services
The Game may use services and features provided by Steam and Valve Corporation.
Your use of Steam accounts, purchases, downloads, refunds, Steam Cloud, achievements, and other Steam services may also be governed by Valve Corporation’s applicable agreements and policies.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment-related matters are handled according to applicable law, the policies of the platform through which the Game was purchased, and the conditions of the relevant transaction.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company does not guarantee that the Game will operate without interruption, errors, defects, or compatibility problems on every hardware or software configuration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, or inability to use the Game, except where such damages result from the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited will remain subject to the applicable mandatory law.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate the license granted under this Agreement if you materially violate this Agreement, subject to applicable law and platform policies.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete any copies under your control, unless continued access is permitted by Steam, applicable law, or a separate agreement.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination where applicable.
8. Changes to This Agreement
The Company may amend this Agreement when necessary because of changes to the Game, applicable law, platform requirements, or operational circumstances.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Game, the Steam store page, a Steam announcement, or another appropriate method.
Continued use of the Game after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises in connection with the Game or this Agreement, you and the Company will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith consultation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law or to an available consumer dispute resolution procedure.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional rights that apply in your country or place of residence.
