END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. License Grant
Software Development Kemper grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use 3D Print Designer for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software remain the property of Software Development Kemper.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by applicable law.
* Modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the software itself.
* Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
4. User Content
Users are solely responsible for any 3D models, designs, or other content created, imported, exported, or shared using the software.
Software Development Kemper does not claim ownership of user-created content.
5. Third-Party Content
The software may allow the import of third-party files or content. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use such content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Development Kemper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and remove all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
