Full Body Ratio VR End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and RIOKUN shop ("RIOKUN shop", "we", "us", or "our") for Full Body Ratio VR ("Software").
By installing, launching, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, launch, or use the Software.
1. License
RIOKUN shop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal use and for lawful content creation, including livestreaming, recorded videos, dance performances, screenshots, and monetized content.
This license is available only to users who have lawfully obtained the Software through Steam and are authorized to use it through their Steam account. The Software may require Steam and SteamVR to be installed and running.
2. Description of the Software
The Software is a SteamVR/OpenVR utility that creates virtual tracker outputs from user-selected source trackers, tracker-derived calibration values, and user-configured ratio correction settings.
The Software changes how tracker data is presented to SteamVR applications. It does not modify third-party applications.

The Software may create and store local configuration files, tracker-derived calibration values, and log files on your PC. These files are used to save your settings, operate virtual trackers, diagnose errors, and improve local operation.
The Software does not send these local configuration values, tracker-derived calibration values, or log files to servers operated by RIOKUN shop.
Steam and third-party services may collect data according to their own terms and privacy policies. RIOKUN shop does not control those third-party services.
5. Compatibility
Steam, SteamVR, OpenVR, VR hardware, tracker hardware, device drivers, VR applications, games, and other full body tracking tools are third-party software, hardware, or services.
RIOKUN shop does not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party application, tracker, VR device, driver, SteamVR version, operating system configuration, or other full body tracking tool.
Third-party updates, SteamVR updates, driver changes, application updates, user settings, or unusual tracking setups may affect tracking behavior, calibration, performance, or compatibility.
6. Safety
Virtual reality use may involve physical movement and reduced awareness of your surroundings. Use the Software only in a safe play area. Make sure you have enough space, stable footing, and no nearby hazards.
You are responsible for your own safety while using VR equipment and the Software. Stop using the Software if you experience discomfort, dizziness, motion sickness, pain, tracking instability, or unsafe conditions.
7. Updates and Changes
RIOKUN shop may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any feature of the Software at any time. Updates may change compatibility, performance, settings, or behavior.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Steam's refund policies and applicable Steam terms.
9. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIOKUN shop disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIOKUN shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, hardware functionality, software functionality, tracking accuracy, or VR application compatibility, arising from or related to the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIOKUN shop's total liability for any claim related to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
11. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate if you violate this Agreement. After termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, upload, mirror, or provide the Software or any modified version of the Software to any third party;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, internal structure, or algorithms of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- modify, tamper with, bypass, or disable Steam ownership checks, license checks, installation behavior, or other protection mechanisms;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use the Software for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
