This agreement is between you (the downloader), Ignite-VR and klexian (the "Developer").
Your use of this game will be governed by this agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the game software.
By installing or using the game, you are acknowledging your acceptance of this agreement.
The game software is protected by copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties and conventions.

GAME LICENSE
The game is licensed to you, not sold.
You cannot transfer the game to another party and you cannot license it to a third party.
You cannot distribute and also cannot upload it to a network where it may be downloaded by other users.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Ignite-VR aand the Developer will under no circumstances be liable to you. Ignite-VR and the Developer makes no commitment that it will update the game, even to the latest runtime.
You agree that you are using the game software at your own risk.
You agree that Ignite-VR and the Developer will not be liable for any injury (physically or mentally) or damage caused in any way possible by the game, including:
i. Motion-sickness
ii. Collision with physical objects
iii. Tripping over wires
iv. Fire damage
v. Frustration

TERMINATION
This agreement will continue to be valid until terminated by either party.
Ignite-VR and the Developer may terminate this agreement at any time for any or no reason and in that event, Ignite-VR and the Developer are still not liable for any damage caused by the game.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by removing the game from your hard drive.
Ignite-VR and the Developer reserves the right to amend this agreement anytime it wishes to at its discretion.
