Vapor Storage Manager ("Software") is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Software is available under the following plans: monthly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime license. Subscriptions purchased through Paddle are governed by Paddle's terms of service. A lifetime license purchased through Steam is linked to your Steam account and is non-transferable. Access to the Software requires a valid active license.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  
• Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party;
  
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
  
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

The Software is designed to identify and remove temporary files, cache, and orphaned game data. You are solely responsible for selecting which files to delete. Once deleted, files may not be recoverable. We strongly recommend enabling the built-in backup feature before performing any cleanup. The developer assumes no liability for accidental deletion of files you have selected for removal.

The Software operates entirely locally on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data. Optional crash reports and feedback submitted through the in-app feedback form are sent directly to the developer and contain only the information you choose to provide, along with basic system information (OS version, RAM). No personal files or game data are ever uploaded.

The Software may integrate with third-party launchers and services (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, GOG Galaxy, etc.) solely to read local configuration files on your device. It does not connect to these services' servers or require authentication with them.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

The developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
