1. General
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and MoonReach (hereinafter "Developer") regarding the desktop pet application LuMi Desktop ("Software").

2. License Grant
Upon purchase, the Developer grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You own your copy of the Software. Once purchased, the Software belongs to you permanently, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Ownership
The Developer retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. However, after purchase, you own the specific copy of the Software installed on your devices.

4. Restrictions
You may not:

Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute the Software or any part of it.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
Use the Software for any commercial purposes.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features
The Software includes local AI features that run entirely on your device. No data is sent to the Developer or any third-party servers.

6. Privacy and Data Collection
The Software does not collect any personal data whatsoever.
All operations, including AI conversations and settings, occur locally on your device. The Developer has zero access to any data generated or used by the Software. No analytics, telemetry, or tracking are implemented.

7. No Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination
This license may be terminated if you materially breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using and uninstall the Software.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
