END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

By downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Sebastian Morejon, or Mirian Maria Schulte grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property and Ownership
The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sebastian Morejon and Mirian Maria Schulte. This includes all narrative elements, characters, 3D assets, audio, and code related to Chapter One: Transported Anomaly.
4. User-Generated Content & Streaming
You are permitted and encouraged to create gameplay videos, let's plays, streams, and reviews of the software. You may monetize this Media via standard ad revenue platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), provided you do not sell the Media itself or claim ownership over the Software’s assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sebastian Morejon or Mirian Maria Schulte be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Software. (Note: We are explicitly not liable for any reality-bending anomalies, synthetic forests, or 2008 computer failures experienced in real life).
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States Florida., excluding its conflicts of law rules.
