End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hyrax Studios for the game WildCaster.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play WildCaster for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
WildCaster and all related content, including but not limited to artwork, music, code, characters, and trademarks, are owned by Hyrax Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the game.
Use the game for unlawful purposes.
Exploit bugs or cheats to gain an unfair advantage.
4. User Content
If the game allows user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Hyrax Studios a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the game.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new content at our discretion. Some updates may be required for continued use of the game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyrax Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the game.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use of the game and remove all copies from your devices.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
