Nightmare TD – End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Mr.Robinson & Moep-Sensei (“Developer”) regarding the use of the game Nightmare TD (“Game”).

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant
Developer grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment.
You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any part of it.

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game—including all assets, code, artwork, characters, items, audio, and updates—remain the property of the Developer.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
- Circumvent DRM or security features
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
- Distribute unauthorized copies or derivative works
- Exploit bugs or cheats in a way that harms other players or the game experience

4. Online Features (If Applicable)
Some features may require an internet connection. Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue online features at any time.

5. Updates & Early Access
The Game may receive updates, patches, or content changes.
During Early Access, features may change, break, or be removed.
Developer is not obligated to maintain compatibility with older versions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Developer does not guarantee error‑free operation or compatibility with all hardware.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Hardware damage
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues caused by third‑party software or hardware
- Your sole remedy is to stop using the Game.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Developer may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region], excluding conflict‑of‑law rules.
