Please read this End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using AimX ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.


This Agreement is between you ("User") and Blackpoint Studios ("Licensor"), the developer and publisher of AimX.


Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, accessed via Steam.


You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
  
• distribute, sublicence, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or access to it outside of Steam's authorised distribution mechanisms;
  
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
  
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
  
• use the Software in any manner intended to circumvent, exploit, or facilitate cheating in any video game or online service.

The Software, including all code, graphics, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of Blackpoint Studios and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


AimX does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The Software uses a system-level input hook (provided by uiohook-napi) solely to detect mouse button states on your local device for the Aim-Down-Sights hide feature. No input data is recorded or transmitted externally. No account registration is required to use the Software.


AimX is a transparent desktop overlay utility. It does not inject into game processes, read or write game memory, or automate user input in any form. The system-level input hook used for ADS detection operates at the operating system level only and does not interact with any game process directly.

Some anti-cheat systems may nevertheless detect or flag the presence of a system-level input hook. Blackpoint Studios accepts no liability whatsoever for any account suspension, ban, penalty, or other action taken against you by any game developer, publisher, platform operator, or anti-cheat system arising from your use of the Software. It is your sole responsibility to verify the compatibility of AimX with any game or platform before use.


THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLACKPOINT STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLACKPOINT STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF BLACKPOINT STUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Blackpoint Studios' total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.


Blackpoint Studios may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Such updates may alter or remove features or functionality. Blackpoint Studios has no obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, or updates.


This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided by Steam's applicable refund policy.


Your use of the Software is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam's applicable policies. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement on matters relating specifically to the Steam platform, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall prevail in respect of those matters only.


This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blackpoint Studios with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements relating to it.
