Welcome to Cloud Atlas! These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "you") and the developer and operator of Cloud Atlas (hereinafter "we," "us," or "SummerGame"). Before using the Cloud Atlas game and related services (hereinafter the "Service"), you must carefully read and fully understand each provision of these Terms, especially those marked in bold that exclude or limit liability. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. By clicking the "Agree" button or by actually using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

1. Cloud Atlas: The multiplayer online pixel coloring game developed and operated by SummerGame, including all clients, servers, websites, APIs, and updated versions thereof.
   
2. User: Any natural person, legal entity, or other organization that registers, downloads, installs, or uses the Service through Steam or other authorized platforms.
   
3. Platform Account: The account you register with Steam or other third-party platforms, used for login and identity verification.
   
4. Virtual Items: Digital resources used within the Service, including but not limited to Paint Value, consumables, and other collectible or expendable digital objects within the game.
   
5. User Content: Any content you create, upload, publish, or display while using the Service, including but not limited to pixel patterns created by coloring on the Grand Map, custom avatars, custom names, and other text or images generated by you.
   
6. Grand Map: The shared grid canvas within the Service on which all Users may consume Virtual Items to color individual pixels.

1. You must log into the Service through Steam or other third-party platforms supported by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform account credentials and for all activities conducted through that account.
   
2. You represent and warrant that the information you provide during registration and use is true, accurate, and complete. You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses arising from false or incomplete information.
   
3. You may not transfer, lend, lease, or share your account with any third party in any form. Any disputes or losses arising from account transfer, lending, or sharing shall be your sole responsibility.
   
4. If we discover abnormal activity on your account or a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate part or all of the Service to that account and retain the right to pursue further remedies.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following rules:

1. Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other applicable jurisdictions. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unlawful activities.
   
2. You may not create, upload, publish, or display User Content that contains any of the following:
   
   • Content that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals;
     
   • Content that threatens national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
     
   • Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
     
   • Content that promotes cults, superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or incitement to crime;
     
   • Content that insults or defames others, or infringes upon the reputation, privacy, portrait rights, or other lawful rights of others;
     
   • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of others;
     
   • Spam, advertisements, or other commercial solicitation content;
     
   • Other content that we deem inappropriate for display within the Service.
3. You may not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service, including but not limited to:
   
   • Using any automated scripts, cheat programs, bots, or other technical means to manipulate gameplay;
     
   • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain improper benefits;
     
   • Launching malicious attacks against servers, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain source code;
     
   • Distributing computer viruses or other malicious code.
4. You may not harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against other Users in any manner.
   
5. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
   
6. If you violate any of the above rules, we have the right, without prior notice, to delete, reset, or block your violating works (including but not limited to coloring content, custom avatars, custom names, etc.). In serious cases, we may temporarily or permanently ban your account.

1. Virtual Items within the Service (including but not limited to Paint Value) are solely for use within the Cloud Atlas game for in-game functions such as Grand Map coloring. Virtual Items do not represent real currency and have no real-world purchasing power.
   
2. You may purchase Virtual Items through the payment channels of Steam and other authorized platforms. The purchase price shall be the amount displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on operational needs.
   
3. Once Virtual Items are purchased and delivered to your account, they are non-refundable except as otherwise provided by applicable laws or these Terms.
   
4. We are not liable for losses of Virtual Items caused by your operational errors (including but not limited to mistaken purchases or mistaken consumption). However, you may contact customer support to explain the situation, and we will address it at our discretion.
   
5. If the Service is discontinued, we will handle unused Virtual Items in your account in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies then in effect.
   
6. Purchasing, selling, or transferring Virtual Items or accounts through unofficial channels is strictly prohibited. You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses arising from unofficial transactions.

1. You retain ownership of the User Content you create. However, you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license shall survive termination of these Terms solely with respect to promotional materials already produced by us.
   
2. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or other lawful rights. If your User Content gives rise to any third-party claim, you shall independently assume full liability and indemnify us for all losses incurred.
   
3. All intellectual property rights in and to Cloud Atlas and its related trademarks, logos, software, code, art assets, sound effects, music, designs, names, and technical solutions are owned by SummerGame or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute the foregoing in any form.
   
4. We have the right, without prior notice, to delete, block, or take other necessary measures with respect to any User Content found to be in violation.

1. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review User Content on the Grand Map, custom names, avatars, and other User Content.
   
2. If User Content or User conduct is found to violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may take one or more of the following measures:
   
   • Delete or block the violating content;
     
   • Issue a warning to the violating account;
     
   • Temporarily or permanently restrict the violating account from using part or all of the Service;
     
   • Reset the violating User's name, avatar, or other personalized settings;
     
   • Deduct or clear Virtual Items obtained through violating conduct;
     
   • Terminate service to the violating User.
3. If you disagree with any enforcement action, you may file an appeal through the contact information specified in these Terms. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

1. We value your privacy. Please refer to the Cloud Atlas Privacy Policy for the rules governing our collection and use of your personal information.
   
2. You understand and agree that in order to provide the Service, we may need to collect your platform account identifiers, game data (including but not limited to coloring records, leaderboard data, login logs), and basic device information. We undertake to use such information reasonably within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
   
3. Without your explicit consent, we will not sell or unlawfully provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or requested by government authorities in accordance with legal procedures.

1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   
2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any defects will be corrected.
   
3. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by:
   
   • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions;
     
   • System failures or policy changes of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Steam);
     
   • Issues caused by your device, network, or improper operation;
     
   • Service suspension due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
4. In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits.

1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) based on operational needs. In the event of material changes, we will notify you in advance through in-game announcements or other reasonable means.
   
2. If you breach any provision of these Terms, we have the right to terminate your access to the Service without prior notice and retain the right to pursue remedies for your breach.
   
3. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account data, please contact us through the contact information specified in these Terms.
   
4. Upon termination of these Terms, Section 5 (Intellectual Property), Section 7 (Privacy), Section 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability), Section 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive shall remain in effect.

1. The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
   
2. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court of law in the jurisdiction where we are located.
   
3. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will take effect upon notice via in-game announcements or other means.
   
2. Your continued use of the Service after the amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Service.
   
3. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest provisions.

1. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you must read these Terms accompanied by your legal guardian and may only use the Service with the consent of your legal guardian.
   
2. We encourage the legal guardians of minors to reasonably guide and manage the gaming behavior of minors, including but not limited to gaming time and spending.
   
3. If a legal guardian discovers that a minor has made a purchase without consent, they may contact us through the contact information specified in these Terms for assistance.

Introduction
SummerGame ("we," "us," or "our") recognizes the importance of personal information to you and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Cloud Atlas game and related services (hereinafter the "Service"). • We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your real name, national ID number, bank card number, or home address.
  
• Payment processing on Steam (including credit card information) is handled directly by Steam. We do not have access to your full payment details.

1. Automatic Collection: When you log into the Service, we automatically obtain your Steam ID and display name through the Steam API. During your use of the Service, the game client automatically records technical data such as your coloring actions and login times, which are synchronized to our servers.
   
2. Voluntary Provision: When you set a custom display name, upload or edit a custom avatar, or color on the Grand Map, you voluntarily provide us with the corresponding User Content.
   
3. Third-Party Provision: When you complete a payment through the Steam platform, Steam provides us with transaction confirmation information (order ID, item type, amount) so that we can deliver the corresponding Virtual Items to your account.

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

1. Service Provision and Optimization: To implement core game features (coloring, leaderboards, avatar editing, etc.), record and synchronize your game progress, and optimize game performance and user experience.
   
2. Account and Security Management: To verify user identity, detect and prevent cheating, scripting, fraud, and other violations, and maintain a fair gaming environment.
   
3. Content Moderation: To monitor Grand Map coloring content, user display names, and avatars to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the Terms of Service.
   
4. Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and appeals.
   
5. Statistics and Analytics: To perform anonymized and aggregated analysis of user behavior data for operational decision-making and product improvement. Such analyses cannot identify specific individuals.
   
6. Legal Compliance: To provide necessary information when required by law or when government authorities make lawful requests.

1. Storage Location: Your personal information is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China.
   
2. Retention Period: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. After you cease using the Service or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
   
3. Security Measures: We employ, but are not limited to, the following measures to protect your information:

   • Your Steam display name and coloring content (pixel patterns on the Grand Map) are visible to other Cloud Atlas users within the game. This is a core part of the gameplay. Your custom avatar is also visible to other users in-game.
     
   • The leaderboard displays your Steam display name and ranking data.
     
   • Except for the necessary in-game disclosures described above, we do not publicly disclose your personal information without your consent.
4. Exceptions: In the following circumstances, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information without your prior consent:
   
   • Where directly related to national security or national defense;
     
   • Where directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
     
   • Where directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

2. Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal information in the following circumstances:
   
   • Our collection and use of information violates applicable laws;
     
   • Our collection and use of information breaches our agreement with you;
     
   • You cease using the Service and request deletion;

3. Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account. Upon account deletion, we will cease providing the Service to you and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law.
