END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and FreedoN Studios for the video game "Over Package!". By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. Grant of License
FreedoN Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play "Over Package!" solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible devices.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The game, including but not limited to its software, source code, artwork, 3D models, physics systems, audio, and gameplay mechanics, is the intellectual property of FreedoN Studios. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by FreedoN Studios.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the game or any of its components.
- Create, develop, distribute, or use unauthorized cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods that change the core multiplayer gameplay or network synchronization.
- Use the game or any of its parts for commercial purposes without prior written consent from FreedoN Studios.
4. Limitation of Liability
The game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FreedoN Studios shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the game.
5. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. FreedoN Studios reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the game in your possession.
6. Governing Law
This agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of FreedoN Studios.
